“I had an urgent matter with my dog. Carson Tahoe Veterinary Hospital was able to see him in less than 2 hours. When we arrived, I filled out some paperwork, and they put us in an exam room. The assistant came in and calmed us down and asked questions about the problem. Dr. Fisk came in a few minutes later, diagnosed the problem, and explained what we were dealing with. On top of all of that, the cost was a lot lower than expected.
The whole experience from phone call to paying for services was excellent.”

“I took my cat in for his shots, and the little guy was checked out by the owner, who is a sweetheart of a guy, and he mentioned how bad his teeth were. When I asked how much he quoted about $1400 to $2000. When I asked what would happen if I didn't, he actually choked up and said it would shorten his life span. Wow. I wish human doctors cared as much. How could I say no? Well, three months later and after meeting most of his staff, I'm even more impressed. Why can't my doctors office be like this?”

**Update** we are in year 2 of my very worried dog visiting Timberline for her check ups and everyone is so kind and considerate with Penny and her Big Worries. They have found a way for us to get her in the door and able to have her check ups and I am so grateful for their care!”
