Verizon internet & home network service does not work well in the 89701 area and is also over priced. I expirence complete dead zones randomly 50% of the time with both their mobile data and their home internet. It is also non dependent on location as sometimes I will have completely fine internet at my house one day, then the next it will be completely cut off.Very expensive and does not deliver.

David is one of a kind. David is someone who, if you have questions, needs, issues- go see David. He provides such quality top notch service, gives very well explained details when talking about different services and products, knows his job in and out, and truly makes you feel heard and helped when he is working with you. He gave my husband and I his work phone number to text him if we have questions... and I never want to be "that customer" however we had a situation and questions and I text him around 8pm, and he got back to me immediately letting me now he was in the office the next morning and will get back to me asap. And HE DID! He followed up, worked with me, answered questions, and truly took the time over the phone to give me his best service. Then went into the store, and he was right there waiting for me and helped me fix all the issues. He works very hard to provide true top notch service. Honestly, can't say enough good things about him! Thank you David! The service my husband and I have received every time we go into this Verizon Store, completely changes my views and thoughts when it comes to now-day customer service. The service that is given, the attention to detail, the passion that the employees have, the care they provide to their customers is top notch.

My husband and I had to get new phones today and transfer me over to his service. Lisa was amazing! Super helpful and made sure that we were taken care of. She explained everything great and made sure we were aware of everything. Would highly recommend going to this location. Thanks Lisa!

This was my worst experience in the State of Nevada. I've lived here for several years and this is the first time I have been completely ignored in a place of business. I walked into the store to purchase a new phone. I was greeted with a smile, had my name taken, was told I was next, and then it went down hill. The only way I can say it, is to say it. If you guys do not want black people in you store please just hang a sign that says it. I stood by patiently and watched three people of a certain complexion walk in and get service while I was ignored. My patience ended when they all left and the two gentlemen (used loosely) continued to go about their work day as if I wasn't there. Ultimately, the worst experience I have had since leaving the south.Way to go Verizon.Second PostWell, I tried. How many strikes do you get in baseballs? Oh yeah, three. Well Verizon just hit strike two. Please do not send me another email saying that you will reach out to discuss my concerns within 72 hours if you only intend on sending me a copy of my concern. I already know that I have a concern with the way I was treated. If the next message I receive from Verizon as a company is that what happened doesn't reflect the company, please save it. The fact that Verizon, as a company, has not or can not properly addressed this issue says all I need to know about the company and management. Right know I'm challenging Verizon to prove me wrong. If you can.
