Verizon is a joke I bought a total wireless Sim card kit and $40 plan a total of $45. I was told my unlocked phone was compatible with Verizon well after 2 days of there te h support the solution was to go into the store and they will hook it up another 2 days of tech support and along they are telling me my phone is compatible after they took another $45 up to $90 with verizons garbage neither verizon or Walmart wants to stand by there products I wouldn't recommend verizon or Walmart to my worst enemy they are both a joke

complete idiots!
They do not know how to transfer data from an old phone to a new one, and now I have two phones, and can’t use either one.
I can’t use my new phone, and my password no longer works on my old one.
I am locked out of my old phone.
The biggest feature on the iPhone 15 plus and Max is the camera features, and the rep at this store was completely clueless about all of it.
The rep said ITunes would transfer data from one to the other…what does ITunes have to do with data transfers?
If the obviously inexperienced rep was too new to figure it out, maybe give the job to someone more experienced, or maybe call someone at corporate instead of blowing it off to go home on time.

We called corporate, customer support…
We talked to 5 different people over the next 8 hours!!
First verizon agent abandoned the phone call after 15 minutes and never called back.
Next two agents talked to in the next hour were perplexed and confused why one would get locked out of their own phone that wasn’t activated yet.
The next agent an hour later recommended to call up Apple to unlock and activate the phone since “these were apple phones and Verizon is just the service provider.”
Four hours later I called the South lake tahoe store, hoping to get someone smarter and not have to deal with the Carson City Verizon Idiots or the worthless call center idiots…., but once again got in contact with another clueless verizon call center rep who said We would have to drive an hour to Carson again to deal with this since that’s where we got the phone, and the local store would be of no assistance.
We got on the computer and did some research on how to unlock our phone and transfer data from the old phone to the new….something every single verizon store or call center rep was completely clueless on how to do, and figured out how to accomplish what paid verizon employees were completely clueless about.
I keep telling her to switch to Spectrum since they are way cheaper even though their internet is not so great.

Verizon internet & home network service does not work well in the 89701 area and is also over priced. I expirence complete dead zones randomly 50% of the time with both their mobile data and their home internet. It is also non dependent on location as sometimes I will have completely fine internet at my house one day, then the next it will be completely cut off.Very expensive and does not deliver.

David is one of a kind. David is someone who, if you have questions, needs, issues- go see David. He provides such quality top notch service, gives very well explained details when talking about different services and products, knows his job in and out, and truly makes you feel heard and helped when he is working with you. He gave my husband and I his work phone number to text him if we have questions... and I never want to be "that customer" however we had a situation and questions and I text him around 8pm, and he got back to me immediately letting me now he was in the office the next morning and will get back to me asap. And HE DID! He followed up, worked with me, answered questions, and truly took the time over the phone to give me his best service. Then went into the store, and he was right there waiting for me and helped me fix all the issues. He works very hard to provide true top notch service. Honestly, can't say enough good things about him! Thank you David! The service my husband and I have received every time we go into this Verizon Store, completely changes my views and thoughts when it comes to now-day customer service. The service that is given, the attention to detail, the passion that the employees have, the care they provide to their customers is top notch.

My husband and I had to get new phones today and transfer me over to his service. Lisa was amazing! Super helpful and made sure that we were taken care of. She explained everything great and made sure we were aware of everything. Would highly recommend going to this location. Thanks Lisa!
