Just walked out of this store after being asked to "come back later or some other time." I have been a Verizon customer for many years. It was time to upgrade so I walked into this outlet planning to buy an S23Ultra and all the accessories to make it work. I was literally the only person in the store other than the rude woman sitting behind the desk who completely ignored me. After some time she started talking on the phone and said she needed to talk to her manager to figure out someone else's order. I didn't realize at first that she just didn't want to sell me $1500 in telephone equipment and was very annoyed at my presence. She finally told me I should come back later or some other time. Guess what? I will never be back for any reason. What a total bitch. Literally on my way to AT&T.
