Stellar customer service (to me and every person that they dealt with while I was there) and did a full set of new tires on 2 of my vehicles in 2 hours which included me going home to swap vehicles and them working other customers in as they came in! Free flat repair for the life of the tire and free rotations every 5k miles. Their pricing is phenomenal....having 2 vehicles needing new tires at once with one being a truck, I was prepared for a massive price tag.....my total for both was what I was expecting to pay for just our truck! “Was so pleasantly surprised when I went to Les Schwab for the first time today. Had just had the rack and pinion replaced and I was scheduled for an alignment. Was told I needed a ball joint and they could not do the alignment in that condition. It was a snow day and a bit slow so I asked if they could do it today. They said yes.
