In our darkest hour, terribles had what we needed! This place was the opposite of terrible! 10/10, lovely service, selection, and convenience! C batteries when we needed them most!

When no one takes care of the receipt paper on their gas pumps during Covid or empty the trash bins at this place, it must be full of lazy people or a seriously lazy manager! You should see the photos of the overflowing trash bins! This place is ridiculous! They definitely live up to being terrible!!

I paid at the tank to get a car wash. Then I found the car wash is closed. I don’t go into public places during the pandemic, so I called their phone number. No one answers. After about 3 rings it sounds like i get connected to a FAX machine.

I live jus right down the street from this location and i only use chevron gas, because i have a chevron card, but i refuse to go back to this location due to the new adds that they blast in you face while tring to get gas.

Nasty cashier- rediculous behavior at work! Rude, treats customers like idiots- just trying to get gas and cigarettes, because it's not ever busy... no we ALL know why. In this day and age, where people need jobs and want to earn a living this lady borders psychosis just waiting on customers selling them very basic items!!! Never step foot inside- pump the gas and get away quick!!! Bathrooms- filthy. Toilets dirty, towels on floor and sink Tim with visible soil . Inventory- donuts hard and very old- much obviously older than 1 day Microwaves- filthy inside, door and surface for food heating. Coffee machine- out of 2 products, 3 times I have been here. Out of order? Can't you just post a sign? - lastly.. when out of American spirit yellow box, and asked which would be a similar substitute- she stated " why don't you google it". Nasty Nasty Nasty. Maybe go somewhere else- they apparently want to punish people who go there... horrible...

This Terrible's doesn't offer the cheapest gas in town. The major brand (Chevron in this case) is always a good clue that way. But, this is the place I stop when I'm heading to Reno from Genoa and realize that the gas gauge is a little low. And it's pretty easy to roll in here from the main road and double back to the north 580 interchange.
