I have a few friends who ordered from here We had planned a night out on the town in our tracksuits.Stuff came up, but a couple of my other friends saw the tracksuits we had and they wanted to order from them as well. I called the phone number and Spoke to a man named Rich. It’s option number one from their phone numberRich Delivered on everything, he promised, I told him the height and weight my friends he immediately knew exactly which size we should be buying.What a gift, what a professional, efficient, knowledgeable, quick shipping company. I’m blown away. You have a customer for life.I don’t leave bad reviews. But I’ve been on Google for 25 years and I think this is my seventh Review. When I see something really worth it I leave a review. When you order your next one, so Andrew sent you I won’t see a dollar or a discount But I want them to know, this review is important

Been eyeing a Sweatsedo for years and couldn’t decide on a design. I called Rick and he helped me with outfitting my new suit with party armor. It’s comfortable to wear around the house, around town and definitely coming to Vegas with me on my next trip.Also the quality of the suit, stitching and bedazzle are excellent. Might need a few Corp Sweatsedos for my team.

Got this styling buttery soft black velour SWEATSEDO from a longtime friend for a 50th birthday gift! Custom name embroidery on the jacket which fit like a glove and is really high quality construction. Customer service is excellent as Rich was very professional & polite in helping me exchange my pants for the correct size. THANKS SWEATSEDO!!

Beyond the fact that I love the product - high quality and a perfect Christmas gift - the customer service was incredible! I emailed Rich with my embroidery idea on November 11 and 1 month later, I am writing this review with product in hand and one exchange completed. Rich sent me a mockup quickly, same day, for the sweatsuit I wanted to get as a gift. I was nervous prices would be higher or service would not be as good since I was only ordering one set, instead of for a group. Not the case at all. I followed up less than two weeks after paying to see when it would be shipped - impatient, I know. Rich responded quickly again and without annoyance. I had the product the following week, embroidery and all. When I wrote back that the pants ended up being too small - he had warned me to size up - he immediately sent a size up with a pre-paid label and envelope that arrived a day and a half later. I NEVER expected that level of service! This has been one of my best online buying experiences and I know the gift will be a great excitement on Christmas morning! Thank you!!

On Wed. I ordered my 3rd Sweatsedo men's track suit directly from their Website. I continue to be impressed with the high quality each suit and their deep rich colors. On this latest order, Rich assured me that he would personally make sure my order would be shipped per my preferred carrier. It was and it arrived shockingly within 48 hours. Wow! Upon receipt, I realized that I had forgotten to split my order with different sizes for the jacket (XL) and the pants (L). Yes, they will do that. I thought that it was going to be a huge hassle to fix my goof, but Rich, without hesitation, agreed to ship out a brand-new pair of pants with a pre-paid return label enclosed.....no questions asked, no waiting for the return to arrive and no additional credit card debits or credits. Who does that? The entire exchange could not have been easier or more pleasant. Best customer service on the planet!

Rich and the team at Sweatsedo are the absolute best. I made a last minute decision to have some custom shirts embroidered for a golf tournament and Rich went from the drawing board to shirts in hand in under a week. Great customer support and good quality. Thanks Rich!

I highly recommend this company. They are a huge supporter of the the Military. They gave us a discount and we have purchased 7 leisure suits so far. Rich is quick to respond to any questions I had. They even rushed an order in time for Christmas. We sent a jacket in to get the pocket sewn and he replaced the jacket. I am buying another set soon.
