This car wash USED to be excellent, however it’s no longer, it’s NOT even good, the female employee is NOT courteous, she just stands there with her hand out to collect your money, the employees that used to clean your windshield are no longer there, the equipment is not maintained, I have left twice with a dirty car, this is the last time, I left with dirt and scratches and paint chips missing on my beautiful vehicle. ?

They fired all there employees but 1. The place is filthy.

Not the best cleaning. But for 20$ does the job.
Dont know if they clean undercarriage for any of the available options.

Im on the 25$ plan.
Have been member for 6 months or so. For the first time had surf thru done in reno and it was way better. Surf thru in carson uses too little soap, too little water, and the vacuums are weak. Reno surf thru is amazingly good.

Not what it used to be. Staff could care less when they used to be friendly. Our floor mat got caught in th mat cleaner. When a worker finally got it out, it had a small rip in it. Not a big deal, but won't use the mat cleaner again. When our membership is up, we will be looking for a different car wash.

Brief Description: No soap, truck not cleaned, rotating brushes not functioning, half of the car wash was broken. Asked for refund and manager said no because we used the service.
Full Review:
We paid for an ultimate wash. Our truck had bugs on the front bumper, windshield, driver side and passenger side windows. Additionally, we had road dust around the entire truck and camper shell. The worker spraying down the front of the car did a poor job. The water pressure from the useless hose he was spraying from was not enough to shoot more than 2 feet. It did nothing. Then many of the rotating brushes were not working. They did not spin or move. The driver side of our truck did not get washed. The rotating brush that scrubs the front and rear of the vehicle did not work. Only the roof got scrubbed. Soap was not dispensed. We did not have tire shine on our tires when finished. We told the attendants about the issues once we got out of the wash. They instructed us to drive through again. This didn't improve the situation as half the car wash was broken. We then Waited over 20 minutes for the attendants to deal with the situation of providing us a voucher or re-fund. The assistant manager informed us that the manager was on vacation, and they would add our name to a list of unsatisfied customers. We said that is not good enough. The other option they presented was to have the manager call us after they return from vacation. We waited two days and received a call around 7 pm at night. We tried to explain what happened, but the manager cut us off, told us since we drove through the wash, they will not issue a refund or even a re-wash voucher for when the wash was up and running normally. Then they hung up on us. We have told everyone we know about this situation, including state workers that have memberships there. We know of 10 people so far that have cancelled their memberships and are going to the car wash by CAL-Ranch. This car wash does not function, and you do not get what you paid for. What we got was a $5 wash at best. If you include the time spent dealing with the situation they created, the car wash owes us.
As for the reply by the business below. Did they not read this review? I stated above in my review we did speak with the Manager and they dismissed us. This is a generic response. Poor customer service skills.

$14 buck wash for my SUV included dash wipes. Basic bug-removing wash without Armorall Great value for the east side of the Sierra Nevada. Five stars for a good drive-through carwash with plentiful individual bays for customers to dry and vacuum their vehicles.

We have been bringing out cars here for years and it’s gone downhill. There used to always be two people who actually scrub your car before you go in the wash, now there’s one and I hate to say it but they are lazy and do a terrible job. Inside the car wash multiple parts are now also broken. When I get home I end up having to basically re-wash and scrub many parts of my car.

I’ve been going there for years. Completely not satisfied with the quality anymore. One person spraying soap on the drivers side of the vehicle. Management answers the complaints in the same way sorry to hear about your experience. B.S. response. FIX IT!!!!!! Cancelling my membership.

This place used to be the best. Now, they’re lazy high schoolers that work there . They no long scrub your vehicle, or have any pride in their job. My vehicle used to shine after coming out of it. Now, it’s like they use a different/cheaper soap. I got a membership at the one across from Ca-Ranch. Way better. This place is sinking itself

The worse car wash in Carson city Nevada, customer beware.2 times thru an still filthy, hardly any water used, it's a sham car wash.. dont spend your money here..
