PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE STAY AWAY Horrible place to shop my wife and i were looking at a 2013 ford flex they have on the lot advertised for 10k i called and they tryed to tell me theirs a $2,700 finance fee and a 30% interest rate i called him (jorge) out on it and he said its a normal nv interest rate i called 4+ other lots and not one of them have ever said they know or knew about a finance fee that its a scam for them to get more money and i also called the better business beauro to let them know about this lot and how they are scamming people with falsely charges their is no finance fee or a relateabke fee like it

The car I got was terrible, not only did they take it to a shop, told me they would take care of it. But then after it was fixed aldgley asked me to pay half. And 2 days later it broke down. Tired of this game. ? just going somewhere else your car is in reno in a parking lot, with a blown motor. I recommend Bulldog Auto in Reno
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! You will regret it!!!! SAVE YOU HARD EARNED MONEY……

Went in on Wednesday to look at a car. Michelle drove it to the the door for me stating it has 21 thousand miles. I do know how to read an odometer but let's play. Went back next day. Michelle still sticking with her story. One owner, hardly used. Then I was told I should put a $500 deposit for 14 days nonrefundable. You going to sell it in 3 days? Awesome!! Otherwise I have nothing good to say about anyone at this establishment . I don't appreciate being so disrespected and lied to.

Went to purchase a Toyota there pending a pre purchase check from Toyota. Took it in the inspection cost me 200. The machanic said that the shocks were bad and it had a major oil leak. We took the car back to the dealership and George listened for about two seconds and then started getting angry and tried to argue with me. I told him I would split the difference on the repairs if he would take 800. Off the price of the car. It was a 8000. Deal. He was very angry, said he would talk to the owner and get back to me the next day. I received no call, and the sold the car a few days later to some poor soul. It's unfortunate that people do business this way, but lesson learned, and I will pass on my experience to anyone that will listen.

my review was out of miscommuication and the workers there are very helpful. I was a little disappointed in the AS is but they did work with me and are very understanding of how customer service works. Highly recommend them for people who need a car like a single mother like me. I wou;d be able to get to my job and around town without there help.
