That was WAY WAY easier then expected. I made my appointment online and headed over to the Spectrum store and within 5 minutes of my appointment (early) they had me getting assistance. I don't understand why there are so many negative comments. I made a point to leave a comment that meant something.

Fast if you have no questions and check in ahead online. If you don't do it online you'll probably be there for over an hour
