Very happy with the store remodel. Shelves are well stocked and the store is clean. Kudos to Richard, Natalie and Victor (and others) who do a consistently excellent job taking care of the customers.

Whats with the self checkout having three areas but 1 line? And the lady who runs it is very rude for 1 and 2, when i bring my 5 year old to the store, dont wave balloons and toys in front of her. You dont know what we are working on at home. Its not your job to play with my child

THEY HAVE A STARBUCKS!! Not only do I love Smiths and the fact that they have everything I need (pretty much) BUT, they have a Starbucks coffee. Way 2 go, Smiths!!
Aside from that everything was great as well.
Love Love Loove this store.

Nice, fullly stocked grocery store plus. Everything you’d expect at a grocery store and more including favorite essentials like engine oil, pharmaceuticals, light clothing, stationary, pet supplies and a nice deli and bakery.

Had gone in about 2 weeks ago to the meat dept to get some thick pork chops to BBQ I said to the meat clerk I was looking to.get the thick pork chops..he looked at me and RUDELY after waiting to be acknowledged..said we don't carry thick pork chops..I was standing right in front of them..I said well..they are right here..he shot me a dirty look and took out one and THREW in in a plastic bag..I asked if I could look at it and his reply was..if you touch it you buy it..I had NO intentions of touching it I just wanted to see the thickness! He again threw it in the bag pulled out another from the case and THREW that one in the bag and said it's the same ? after he printed the price tag he tossed it to me with a scowel on his face..no thankyou nothing..Smiths needs to.up their game as far as Customer Service..employees like this should NOT be tolerated..there is NO excuse for this!

Order a custom cake from the bakery and it was low quality. I wanted the message from pride and prejudice that’s a joke for your 27th birthday. I wanted pink cake with white words and instead got brown cake with pink words. The words were so huge that they wrote on the border. Looks like a child did it, not professional looking at all. They even called me the day before asking if this was a legit cake due to the message I wanted. I will not order a cake from them for future birthdays.

I do like that Kroger is remodeling the store. It needed a refresher and it's about time. The store shelves looked good today. That's not true all the time. Hopefully the store is treating its night crew better because these guys are key to how the store looks.

This is the worst pharmacy we have ever dealt with we will be moving to another pharmacy but I wanted to warn those of the heavy set older white lady with short grey hair she is awful to deal with and beyond big headed we constantly have a problem getting meds refilled and when we show up to get them they are never ready or all ready together even tho we were told they were.l have made the calls to make sure they were there. They like to have the wrong info ALL the time weither its a made up insurance company (our insurance has NEVER changed) or they say they put meds on auto fill but we have to call every single time to get them straight then wait days to a week to even get the meds..they also do not like to answer the phone and answer rude like we are bothering them..I normally don't leave reviews but this pharmacy is absolutely awful and not professional at all!!!!!!
