Online appointments are available. The stylists know they are scheduled. Email confirmations are received. However, when you make appointment and set everything up to be there, then arrive, the stylist says she doesn’t have time, the appointment shouldn’t have been scheduled. Well if they can send a confirmation by email and the stylist knows you are coming, then be nice and email or phone saying you can’t do the haircut today. Should be zero stars for that.

I have tried to get my hair done for 2 weeks can't make an appointment because no one answered the phone. Went in person 3 times, twice they were closed. The one time I did catch the hair stylist there I was told I could not get my hair cut then because it was to close to closing. How silly of me to think @ 4:35pm on a Monday was a good time. I went somewhere else.

Ciara hooked me up with such an amazing look! I just walked out look so fine. The cuts were clean, the conversation was great and the look is fabulous! I 100% plan on coming back. She fixed the terrible cut the last place I went to did and made me feel wonderful.

I called in for an appointment to have my haircut just to find out that the place was closed and after calling the smart style on the North Carson side, I found out that the only hairstylist called in sick. Would of loved to give them a higher ranking but with no notification and nothing else to go by, I must give it a 2 star review.

Went in to get my daughter a trim they took about six inches off guess our interpretation of the word trim differs, and it was not straight! I noticed it at the salon and the stylist was like "oh yeah" and "fixed" it but she still didn't do a good job as the cut is still not straight. I called to ask about having someone correct the cut and about returning some products I bought. Natalie was rude saying that I could not return the products due to Covid and that there is a sign in the salon. They did not make me aware that purchasing products was final, whatever that's not a big deal but when I pointed out that the receipt states 7 days for product return, Natalie said "Have a nice day" in a dismissive fashion and hung up on me! Work on your customer service!!! By the way I spent a total of $81.50. Thanks for nothing Natalie!

Horrible attitude horrible haircut ...wouldn't hurt to smile at least once even when I tipped.... I shouldn't have... needed a quick haircut... My regular place was booked... Won't let that happen again!!!!!

Sarah did a great job on my color, she was nice, and it cost a whole lot less than those fancy salons. Granted, no glass of wine with my do, but hey, it's in Walmart! I feel like I have to do a review since the last one was so negative. If you have concerns about the costs, you should ask before you receive the services.
