This is an initial review as I want to give them a chance to make things right and I will update this review in the near future...I purchased a truck from here on May 9, 2023. Exactly 1 week later the engine light came on for the catalytic converter. I called and let them know and they said to bring the truck in the following week. When I picked up the truck, the mechanic said that he put in a bottle of Rislone and drove it to Reno and back and that should have fixed the issue.. this is where I started thinking my purchase here was a mistake as the mechanic lied to me saying that he paid $60 for the Rislone. Even the most expensive places in town sell it for under $30.. but hey, I wasn't being charged for it, so I brushed it off. After that the truck seemed to be running ok until exactly 1 week later and the engine light came back on for the same thing. I call them back and they said I could bring it back in, but I would have to pay this time... why should I pay for something that they claimed to have fixed? Not to mention the engine light coming on for the same thing twice in the 3 weeks I've owned the vehicle. Putting in a bottle of cleaner and resetting the engine code is not a fix. So the lady says she'll talk with the owner and call me back the next day..so far, no call back from anyone.At this time I would not recommend this car lot to anyone. Also, if this doesn't get taken care of soon, I will call the BBB to report them.

The buying process was great but the lady who helped us spelled our name wrong on the lease despite having multiple documents with our name on it so we had to go through the process of them sending us correct paperwork. Then, when we went to pay the remaining $1600 off on October 22 it went fine, however almost a month later (nov 15) we still don’t have a title. So I call and am told I’ll receive a call the next morning by the lady who has the dmv documents? So the next morning I don’t receive a call so I call them around 3pm and the lady tells me that she just that morning (nov 16) sent the notice that we paid off the vehicle to the dmv. So I assume I didn’t receive a call because it was never even done. I get taking a couple days to notify dmv but a month? I don’t think that acceptable. If I didn’t call to inquire about it it probably wouldn’t have been done.

For being a used car dealership this one is great. Lots of good deals to look at. Credit isn't a factor. Cash is always king. Very friendly and helpful. I was very pleased with my experience with them.
