Sam did a great job repairing our dryer. He was able to fit us into his schedule much sooner than the other companies we contacted could. Sam quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it while charging a fair price. He also gave us guidance on how to prevent the issue in future. I highly recommend him.

Most rude man ever. Will not help you, will hang up the phone on you and "misplace" or "file away" any record of transaction and conveniently forget all about you. Terrible, awful.

I wanted a refrigerator so I stopped by Sam's. He had a branded knew one, I said I would take he said 500.00. Let's go write up the invoice. I said can I call someone to load it for me. I just live down the road my boyfriend could be here in 10 minutes well he wrote up the invoice. He told me no. He wanted me to pay and come back another day an get the refrigerator. I said than I don't want to pay for it if I can't take it home today.. I didn't want to play games trying to pick up my refrigerator. Than Sam told me that same refrigerator would be 600.00 next week. I just said thank you for your time. I don't recommend Sam's appliances to anyone. Don't waste your time or Sam's.

I should have looked at the other reviews before I even called Sam. I set up for a service call on my dryer and then my husband got a call because his 86 year old mother who has brain cancer needed him to come home. I forgot about Sam's appointment (although we actually left 15 minutes after he was suppose to be at our house). Then on the way to the airport I remembered the appointment and I called and apologized and asked to reschedule. He did not call back - I tried again the next day - same thing.

We bought a new washer and dryer from Sam and he delivered/installed it the next day. Very happy until ten days later when the dryer quit working. A phone call to Sam revealed that he suddenly didn't know or remember who we were! He flipped us to call Whirlpool for warranty work. The Whirlpool guy said the electrical cord was installed improperly, causing the motor to burn out. It took weeks to get a new motor. Can you imagine being so careless and uncaring to not install the appliances properly in the first place? If only I had seen these reviews before doing business with Sam, we would be in much better shape today.

Not friendly or helpful talks to you like you don't know what you are talking about and leaves the business phone off the hanger so it's always busy. All he wants is money and not to help the community would never go back

Sam sold my 91 years old mother, sight unseen, a Crosley dishwaher in September 2020. I live out of state. When I arrived recently for a visit, I found that the door of the DW was making a loud clunking noise every time it was opened or closed. It turns out that the installation was shoddy in that a baseboard was left too high and the door was hitting it. Sam would NOT come out and look at the problem. I had reason to call him several times. On each call, he was extremely rude, arrogant and verbally abusive (calling me names for suggesting this might be an installation issue). He actually accused my mother of falling on or otherwise damaging the DW. The "manufacturers warranty" was also useless as they had no one who would come to our location to repair it. We were forced to try to fix the problem ourselves. That turned out to be fortunate as when we removed the baseboard to shorten it, we found two different water leaks under the DW. The water line was so short that it was putting tension and stress on the water connections. These leaks could have resulted in a lot of damage and future expensive repairs to the kitchen. We had to replace the water line. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE, this man cannot be trusted.

Very honest and nice man. Our dryer would not heat. We went there to buy a new dryer. After talking to him about it, he suggested that we test the breaker. Ended up that the breaker was the problem and not the dryer. He saved us money by not selling us a dryer that we did not need. Highly recommend this place.

I'm not going to lie. The owner of the shop is set in his ways and not very personable, however, if you tell him your budget and what you need he will hook you up. Defiantly an old timer.

Called today to inquire on fixing my 75 inch TV, the man that answered the phone first said hello didn't acknowledge what store I was calling and then started questioning me about why the manufacture would not fix it. I explained to him what they had told me and he said no they have to fix it. Again I explained the reason LG told me they would not fix it and asked the man on the phone are you able to repair it or give me another place that will and the sales man hung up the phone. The lack of customer service at this place is horrible I would recommend anyone looking for a TV repair or appliance store look else where because you will not get a friendly response from the workers at this store.
