Mr. Robert Bean has been my insurance provider for many years. He is honest, forthright, and a very good person. If you have insurance needs he will go above and beyond, to infinity and beyond! Originally we had auto insurance, but since then we have added our home owner’s insurance, full coverage on our trailer, and life insurance!! You can go to somewhere else and get sub par service, or you can have Robert Bean and get the best!!!!

I would never recommend Bobby Bean as an agent or American family insurance to anyone! They are so unprofessional and don't call you back! If you have an issue, you have to keep calling them to get answers or information! I had auto pay every month and it was interrupted once to pay with a different bank account and they were specifically told to resume auto pay from original account and they dropped the ball and didn't resume payments, which resulted in my lapse in insurance, which resulted in huge fines at the DMV, and they would not take responsibility for their(corporate) mistake! Even with noted in the paper work saying it was their mistake! They can not do simple business transactions! Just very incompetent!
