Drove an hour to appointment today for specimen drop off. Staff locked the door at 12:20 and left early for lunch. Impossible to speak with a person over the phone.

The order I had was for a stat result meaning I would have it by end of day- confirmed by the tech. Did not get the results for an entire week, with my dr following up trying to track them down. No way to contact the office to follow up and it was a complete waste of time and I had to retake the test at another location.

I checked in at 7am, 2nd person in walk in line. Shortly after check in, a lady with an appointment signed in....they came right out and took care of her. So after 45 minutes , the person who works here, came out and made a general announcement..." the computers need to be reset, so it will take awhile. This same lady did the exact same thing last time I was here for a blood draw. Lazy,lazy people.Never coming back...and unless you make an appt. Walk ins are a myth here.Be forewarned....edit....at 815am, I had enough,walked out, and the worker at QD opened their business entrance door shouting my name down the hallway. I turned around, and bluntly told her," You are lazy". She said, but you a walk in....bad excuse...I'm still mad about the whole experience. Bad workers, no supervision.

Wish I could give negative stars. This place is awful. The staff is rude and dismissive. The location is dirty. You can’t get anyone on the phone to ask a question. I have no clue how they haven’t cleaned house on the staff here. Awful, awful, awful. I’m in healthcare, would never have my patients go here for anything.

The worst customer service. Sent for same day fasting labs, they are appointment only and this is not communicated to physician offices. The staff won't help a customer in the lobby.

I came in as a walk in they took me back immediately and then proceeded to tell me they are no longer contracted with Anthem. I questioned that as I was here two months prior with no issues and was informed all Nevada Quests no longer take this insurance. I left the establishment and immediately called Quest billing department to question why they no longer took Anthem. They got in contact with a supervisor and reassured me that quest works with all insurances and did not know why they would tell me that unless they meant they were not in network with my insurance. So I called my insurance they are in network. I went back into the lab at 11:40 and the doors were locked and lights were off, the schedule is posted that lunch is 12-1 so I am not sure what’s going on with this establishment but I will never return.

I showed up on time for my 3:40pm apt to find the door locked and all of the lights off EXCEPT for the check-in iPad. After 10 mins pacing the building and trying to call quest, hoping that someone had just stepped out for a break, I saw the tech leaving the office. When I tried to stop her, she said they were closed. I explained that I had an appointment and she told me that no one had checked in within the 5 min grace period for the last apt at 3:40. When I told her I had arrived on time and the door had been locked and the lights had been off since I got there, she told me she already packed the samples for the day so there was nothing she could do and tried to claim that she would have seen me because she had been cleaning in the front. She hadn't been, and who cleans with the lights off?I'm fairly confident she locked me out on purpose and left the iPad running to ensure that I was logged in the system as a no show and she could leave early.

Very poor customer service. I scheduled an appointment and wasn't seen at my appointment time. Walk-ins were seen before me even though their signs clearly state that appointments have priority over walk-ins. I won't use this place again

Rebecca was delightful. Professional, friendly, efficient, gentle, + considerate and a one-woman show. I was concerned after reading the negative reviews, so I called to confirm that the electronic lab slip had been received. It had. Rebecca snapped on a pair of gloves and quickly + proficiently drew blood and got me out the door in as few minutes as as possible. Oh! And at 1:00, the reception room was empty. I was the only patient. ? The only improvement I would make is to put address numbers on the building (not easy to find) and another sign or two.

Southlake, Tahoe, and most places in Carson City are about 35 to 40 minutes away. And I realized that it was going to take me longer to get there. I tried to call which the phone number just sent you on a loop over and over and over again saying the same thing about location and mask practices. If I had been able to call, I would've actually been able to say whether or not I would go. Otherwise, I would've driven another 20 minutes .It takes a good hour to get there. Especially since the building that it's in is not marked with the business name and it looks like a hotel. I made a reservation to go and Because of the amount of time that it took, I was about eight minutes late and they had already closed, even though the office says it's open until 4pm and was very disheartening since I had to travel to get there, after work. Unfortunately, my insurance only covers LabCorp and quest diagnostics. I will not be returning to Quest if I can help it

My experience is similar to the bad reviews left by others. What amazes me is that Quest does respond to the 1 star reviews with the same message of "forwarding the review to the regional management team". Leaving the same response for 4 years to continued 1 star reviews sends the message that Quest really isn't sorry and that they don't care about customer service or the customer's experience .

Super easy, went in for blood work. Arrive 5min prior to my appt. Did the express check in using my ID on the office scanner. Heather was my nurse and she was very polite and happy.Side Note ~ if the office doesn't have your labs from whomever you ordered them from the office cannot receive them by you via email, so be sure to bring a printed version.Also I was in and out in less then 10min.Be kind to the medical personnel who work here, they're doing a great job. You get back what you put out.

Don't waste your time with this location. The people are disregarding and tell you they don't take walk ins when it is clear on their sign that all appointments and walk-ins welcome! This is not the first time I have been to this location and had the same kind of treatment and attitudes they do not even speak to you expect you to walk over to the kiosk and enter all your information on a kiosk and when you can't enter all your information because you don't have your insurance card with you they say oh we stop taking walk-ins!
