I think for what they charge the job could be better. The outside always looks good but the few times I have been there I have noticed that the inside, seats(front and back) were not wiped down really good. My last experience cost me 55$ and for that much money it could have been cleaner .

This place is a total joke.I clearly paid for "interior dressing" and was only given a 2 minute wipe down with a wet cloth!When I told the owner (Stephen), he acted like it was my fault that they messed up and stared and me blankly until I asked him for a refund.On the way inside, he decided to insult me and then a few of his employees got in my face.I used to work at Prestige about 8 years ago and can say it has gone down hill since his grandpa and dad ran it.Don't bother tipping, they don't split it in front of the employees, or atleast they didn't when I worked there.So many options in Carson with friendly, trustworthy people. Leave this clown show to rust

I recently took my honda pilot to get a delux wash for interior and exterior. Worst service ever. My seats still dirty they had only cleaned the front area and forgot about the back. My doors were never touched or wiped down. Don’t recommend this i used my old detailer who is 16 and did a 100x better

Very nice people. Very good wash. They hand wash with pressure wash than scrub with soap and brush. After that the car is put in neutral and taken through a soft touch wash mechanically. Our Corvette came out squeaky clean and than the men hand dried the complete car. The cost was right on at only $15.00. What a deal!!!!

I go here roughly once a month to get my car well cleaned, inside and out. Love the people, wonderful service, amazing price. $40 for a full clean? Yes, please, and thank you kindly. I've never had a single complaint, only a very high recommendation.

If you're in Carson City and need a good car wash, this is your place.Driving a Tesla and having it ceramic coated, I'm very particular on where to get my car washed. I did a little research and found Prestige Car Wash!Service was very friendly from the moment I got there. I was greeted immediately and I was only doing an exterior wash. I wanted to get the snow, dirt and soot off my car. You pull your vehicle up to the tunnel where they proceed to wash it off with high pressure washer. A person then gets a brush and will scrub the areas in the car like front end, rims etc where dirt and grime build up. The car then goes into the tunnel where cloth bushes gently wash your car. It goes though the cycle rinses and is dried with air. As you exit the tunnel, employees then hand dry remaining areas of the car and wipe down door sills. The vehicle is then inspected prior to calling owner when it's finished. I must say I was impressed with the wash and service. The friendliness of the staff and great job cleaning my car made it look new again! Price was reasonable, there are many options for washes, interior service etc. I was also surprised to learn a 48 hour rain check! I highly recommend coming here to get your car washed

Since the son became part owner the service and quality provide has fallen so far in the negative column I find it is not worth the trouble to return. From the person trying to offer the different services and trying to push the $40 car wash (didn't purchase) to the person at the counter to the person holding the door open with his hand out for a tip were as friendly as swimming is shark infested waters. Thank God there are now different places in Carson who will gladly take my money to clean our vehicles. At this rate I feel Prestige will soon follow in the tracks of businesses that are no longer aroundGood by Prestige.

I’m from out of town and stopped by with a VW bug. Paid the $40 and expected a really nice job. But I left I realized that they had not vacuumed the backseat so I went back and had them re-vacuum. Then I went shopping and when I opened my trunk I realized they had not done any vacuuming in the trunk. This is basically it’s a five dollar car wash for $40 would never go again and would not recommend.
