I did my research before going to Preferred Auto Body and expected a good experience. Brian was very honest and clear about the work needed and how long it could take and how much it could cost. The job actually was completed much sooner, cost less and he took care of all my insurance billing and collection. My bumper needed replacement and some damage was done to the hood. My car looks 10 years newer because they went above and beyond all my expectations.
I definitely highly recommend them.

From start to finish, the experience I had with Preferred Auto Body was excellent. The estimation process was quick and easy, and Brian was very thorough with explaining the cost and process required. They were also able to get me in faster than I had anticipated. I had my car back exactly when they estimated it would be ready, and the work itself was phenomenal. I highly recommend these guys, they are professional and skilled.

Preferred Auto Body is a top-notch shop that combines cleanliness, professionalism, and efficiency. They have a clean front desk, the office smells like a fresh Glade scent, and their professional staff provide friendly, timely service, getting customers in and out with no issues. The straightforward approach, clear and concise communication, and texted progress updates make getting a car fixed one of the easiest processes ever. My car was completed in just 4 days.
