After walk in to go in and order parts, when my own vehicle hasn’t been running over a month. I pay and order the parts through O’Reilly’s and they tell me it’s arriving by a certain date. I call them and they tell me it’s not coming at all with no notice very poor communication or customer service. Very disappointed and they need to get on top of if somethings coming or not and to let the customer know. Especially if it’s not coming in the first place. Now I have to walk almost 10 miles to do a return. Get on top of your service O’Reillys!
