He went in to have a set of tires put on his truck, from the staff members to the tires themselves, everything was top notch and the tires look excellent. His only complaint was the clearance aisle wasn't as good as the other Walmart in town, but that's no fault of the auto care center ;)”
“Dropped my Subaru off yesterday at the Auto Care on Market St. Excellent job guys!! They did a Top Treat Oil Change at my request as I wanted the best as the oil light had flashed. They also did a De-Corrosion on my battery as it looked awful and headlights and other lights restoration. My lights look fabulous! ? Like when I bought the Outback! My car runs quieter now as it had been awhile. Fabulous job by a knowledgeable crew. The only suggestion I have is, is to allow for appointments for other services besides Oil Changes. Otherwise how do you get in? You have to wait for a long time for them to fit you in. They didn't test my battery as they didn't have time which I get, one guy doing all the work.. and the air filters were not changed which could have been my fault in forgetting to tell the gal at the desk. So I called today to get those things and Fuel Injection Services, but wasn't given an appointment? Why? It is still services I need done. I will have to sit down there in my car in the heat, until there is a an opening. Hey Walmart, can you change this policy? Please? But you have excellent people working down there and Ashley is the freaking best! She came out after I told her of my light flashing and checked my oil right away and underneath to make sure I was safe until I could get in for an appointment. Made me promise not to drive far with my car and I had added oil temporarily as I would never drive with it low. But it must have been really really low as it was not full after I shoved 3 quarts into it. Anyway, completely impressed and will do all my services there except the big ones the dealer has to handle. Do your guys do Sepentine Belts?”
