Friendly, open to walk ins, accepts cards. The artists are willing to spend the time with you to get planning and placement just right. Marshall is skilled, kind, and if you are chatty - he's funny, too. Plenty of parking, relaxed and open environment

I came in to see Kai for a couple of piercings. He was very professional, quick and clean. These are piercings that I have had previously and I’m glad I ended up here to get them redone. Kai gave me good advice and instructions for aftercare, I’m really happy with how they are looking and healing so far. Thanks again!

Third time coming to this shop, and it's still just as amazing! Everyone is friendly and welcoming. They are priced really well. Came in for a cover up and they did a great job! I would recommend and will be going back again!

Best place to go for tattoos or piercings, they also support local artists and sell their paintings. The staff is also very friendly and relaxed!

A note: I went on an event weekend. Things were a bit hectic, and I can't imagine a review of such would be fair or on par of what a day to day of this business is actually like. That being said, take this review as more of a placeholder for now. Timing: I went in about an hour after they had opened for a walk-in on this Studio Ghibli event they were having with my partner and had been told that the wait list is about 2 hours. Which seemed fair enough. We spent about an hour and a half out doing our thing and came back. We were told it would probably be another two hours. We were eventually seen about two hours before they closed.Setting: They have a fairly standard shop as far as Reno goes, very small and a few seats arranged in the middle, books showing off their art and other artwork for sale line the back walls. It was pretty cramped for the number of people there. Not on them, but the costumers seemed a bit rude, some taking up nearly three spots on a seat that could seat four, others coming in barely clothed.Which could have led up to the next part. Staff:The staff seemed a bit out of it.The lady who was manning the front desk had a lot of patience with us, first and foremost. My partner would have left due to time, but we stayed because they knew I wanted the art I had chosen.The other staff seemed to argue amongst some of themselves, and the mood seemed just a bit off.I'm sure it's to be expected on such a filled day, though.The main draw, though, the art pieces and, in particular, mine and my partners came out great. We were both very happy with our pieces, and my artist was very quick and seemed like a cool individual.I noted a tattoo from their gumball machine that I had said I enjoyed, and he showed me he had that exact one, and made decent conversation with both of us to try and lighten things up.The random tattoos themselves seem a bit smaller than you'd usually see in such, but they are pretty fun none the less.All in all, the artwork came out great, and I'll probably see myself going back to try and have other work done.

Very good tattoo shop. Marshall did a cover up for me and did an awesome job I am very happy with the way it turned out. I would recommend this shop to anyone.
