NV Auto Body did an amazing job on my car! I was in a car accident and had significant damage to the front end of my car. Scott and Sue handled everything with the other guy's insurance company and my car came out fantastic! I highly recommend this place!

Outstanding, top notch customer service and auto body work. The owners are amazing and will go above and beyond for the satisfaction of their customers. For those looking for a quick review, NV Autobody is amazing! My car door was blown open by the wind and needed to be realigned and they got it done in less than ten minutes for me. Other auto body shops still have not gotten back to me. As a more long winded review, the workers there are incredibly kind and knowledgeable of their craft- I got so lucky finding them in Carson City! Being a young woman, when I go to auto shops, often times the male workers speak down to me like I don't understand my vehicle, but not once did I ever feel like I was being questioned of my knowledge of my own car at NV Autobody. Their ability to respond quickly, their turnaround time, and their skill make them incomparable to other auto body shops- they are so much better! I cannot recommend them enough!!! Thank you!!!!

The roof of my Mazda CX9 was crushed by our large local bear. When I looked on Yelp for reputable repair shops, I noticed that NV Auto Body had exceptionally positive reviews. When I spoke to the owner, Scott, he was was very responsive, and went to work immediately to locate a hard to find replacement roof.. He personally drove to Reno to pick up parts,, and also brought my vehicle twice to Fastglass for windshield removal and replacement. Scott, and his administrative manager, Sue, always kept me informed of progress, and my good as new Mazda was ready as promised. NV Auto Body does excellent work. They are honest and customer oriented. Highly recommended!

We have 2 Subaru Outbacks that had dented rear quarter panels. How that happened is a long story, but finding NV Auto Body to get the repairs done is the best part of that story. Sue was very helpful with handling insurance and very flexible regarding drop off and pick up. The completed repairs look great, like new! I would recommend NV Auto Body because they respond promptly and communicate clearly. The work is done quickly and is top notch.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SMALL BUSINESS !after unfortunately getting in a car accident , Scott and Sue were so helpful . Everything went so smoothly and they finished in such a timely manner . i dropped off my car on monday (5/2/22) my adjuster came out on wednesday (5/6/22) and it was ready to go thursday (5/13/22) . scott and sue handled everything so well , kept me updated with the whole process , they took care of everything with my insurance , and made this whole situation way less stressful for myself . this is the only place i trust my car with . thank you guys again
