Called Northern Nevada Appliance for a stove. Spoke with Tony. Very helpful. Drove to Carson from Smith Valley on Saturday morning to pick the stove up. Tony again was very helpful. However his coworker needs to learn how to shut his his mouth. Clean yourself up and try to act professional. I will not return to Northern Nevada Appliance if this individual is still there. Again right stove, right price, Tony is the right person, it only takes one know it all mouthy person to ruin the customer experience.

So although customer service was amazing the delivery was great I spent over 1000 on a decoration basically because I didn't have them do the installation. I would under if the dryer didn't come with vent tube because I have a special one I use at my place. But for none of the other parts to be with them no hoses for washer and no power cords. I spent money on a new product which I can't even use now and all because I didn't have them do the Install

5 stars all around. I contacted them by text and then talk to them on the phone to have my questions answered. Every question or concern Was expertly answered. Austin was not only professional and polite. He was also very patient. This is not my first time purchasing from this company, and it will be my last.. I ordered my ovens and they will be delivered and installed by NNAO! Thank you Austin.

Jeff the service technician was professional, honest and very knowledgeable. He was also very quick and efficient when he came to install the parts to the dryer. Highly recommend Northern Nevada Appliance Outlet.

Very disappointed! I wish I'd read Yelp reviews before going to these guys. I purchased a Speedqueen washer and dryer over the phone fronm NNAO. They botched the installation, failing to test that the washer properly cycled; it never worked. They were unwilling to trouble-shoot via phone or facetime, unwilling to put a product specialist on the phone to discuss. They simply told me to call Speedqueen. Their sales manager was stunningly rude on the phone. When Speedqueen authorized warranty service through them, they offered to come pick up my machine and take it to their shop and work on. But they were unwilling to send a tech to service or even examine it on site in my house. (They claimed this was because I lived across state lines, in California.) In the end, I found a shop owner in Sonora -- Mother Lode Appliances -- who graciously agreed to look at my 30-second video and two photos, and was then able to point me to the problem. The NNAO installers had simply botched the water valve hook-up. When I pointed this out to NNAO, they offered not a word of apology, took not an ounce of responsibility. Avoid these guys!

The absolute worst customer service I have dealt with.We support local businesses, purchased a $1,700 dryer from them in September, and it has hardly worked since we purchased it, even with the "7 year warranty". Once it stopped working and we called them, they took 3 days to get us an answer, only to be told we needed to find our own repair person, pay out of pocket, then get reimbursed. Since the initial failure, it has stopped working once again, with absolutely 0 support from Norther Nevada Appliance Outlet. One of the solutions they offered us was to pay them to have someone come and take the dryer down from our 2 flights of stairs to bring it in and repair it- this dryer was only 3 months old at the timeWe called and spoke to the manager, Austin, who was quite uncaring and unprofessional. We told him we wanted to return the dryer, but he said that was not their problem, and they wouldn't help. It is still not working, for the 2nd time, 3 weeks after we have started trying to get it fixed, and they have told us they don't support anything in Tahoe in the winter. Basically they gave us the middle finger with their lack of supportBUYER BEWARE from this company if you want any sort of customer support, or expect to have functioning product warranty. Go somewhere that cares about customers and supports the products they sell.

I purchased a brand new Frigidaire, it took 3 months to get it and when I did get it, it had scrapes on it, the man that delivers it said it was tape from the packing, it wasn't. I told the young man that delivered it that I wanted to have the fridge door open to the right and he said they would have to charge me to change the way the door opens. When i purchased the fridge, no one asked me which side I wanted the door to open. I called the store because the fridge is barely cooling and was told that I needed to call and make an appointment to have it repaired. I am not happy with the refrigerator and really not happy with the stores poor service. I should have purchased it from lowes. I probably would have had better service.
