I recently had Jeff from Northern Nevada Appliance come out to fix my dryer, and he did an outstanding job. From the moment I contacted the office, their service rep Jeff was prompt and professional, fitting me into his schedule quickly, which was a huge relief. He diagnosed the problem right away and had it repaired in no time. Not only was the repair done efficiently, but his pricing was also very reasonable, which I appreciated. It’s clear Jeff takes pride in his work, and he left my dryer running perfectly. I highly recommend his service to anyone in need of appliance repairs!

This was an experience that I will NEVER repeat with this store again, more specifically with Jacob. I had an issue with an item I purchased and requested a refund on the accessory that didn’t fit. Jacob was rude and confrontational—refusing to refund anything. He did offer to straight exchange for a cheaper item and didn’t understand that I still expected the difference to be refunded. Impossible to deal with this individual.
I am a repeat customer and have referred friends to this store—I will NEVER make that mistake again. Sad day when one cannot support a local business.

Quick response time and they were luckily able to fit me in same day for my washing machine, which was great! Jeff was prompt and communicated when he would be arriving. He was knowledgeable and kind. I would recommend and use Northern Nevada Appliance Outlet for appliance repair in the future.

Had a great experience looking for a refrigerator under unusual circumstances. We were in last week when our 6 year old kenmore Elite went down. We needed another small refrigerator to use until we had defective one checked out. We purchased a floor model and they were able to deliver it that day. Turns out the old fridge is done. We worked with Jakob and Maureen, they were a big help. Knowledgeable, patient and polite. If you're looking for an appliance or are just shopping and inquiring give them a shot. You won't be sorry you came in.

My mother in law had a terrible experience with the Northern Nevada Appliance Outlet. I was appalled overhearing the way the representative spoke to her on the phone. They also charged her in full although they didn’t attach the brackets for the dishwasher claiming it was her contractors fault. The sales team told her she would only need a contractor for the front “cabinet” panel. Turns out the contractor had to do the full install although she paid for that service through their company. Only plumbing hookups were attached. I had told her to go to Marty’s appliance in Minden like I did and the experience she had with the Norther Nevada Appliance Outlet proves I was right!
