3 months to replace a clutch on a 440 Stihl chainsaw. This place is garbage. I really have no idea how it stays open. Chainsaw was removed from this place in a cardboard box, not fixed.

This place sucks and lies. They told me that Honda will not let them sell a Honda generator to a California resident, due to new CA law and pending litigation. This is a total lie and against the law. They could easily be sued for this BS. The dude working that day just wants to discriminate against Californians. Anyway, got a Honda generator from another dealer in Reno, who told me Nevada Power Products are just being jerks to Californians. I guess there are some very small people with low self esteem working there who are having identy issues. No big deal; but they shouldn't be breaking the law by discriminating.

We took our chain saw to Nevada Power Products this morning since the hardware business in Washoe Valley no longer exists.The man could not have been nicer. He cleaned and serviced the saw while we waited about 30 minutes. He answered our questions professionally and even offered a couple tips.We found his price to be excellent and cheaper than what we had been paying before. We highly recommend this business.

Took my saw in for repair because it did not run. Got charged a half hour to be told it had an oil tank leak and was not worth repairing. I asked about the issue of not running and was told due to oil tank leaking they did not check to see if it would run. I took it in due to not running not a leaking oil tank (which had been leaking for years). These guys do not want to repair older saws just sell you a new, AVOID them.
