10/10 service. Frida helped my husband and I out today while trying to cash a check, and to say that she went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get it cashed would be an understatement. Great customer service all around. Would recommend her to anyone with any needs!!

The moneytree on williams has such great people working there, it feels like family. Everyone there is Super efficient, kind, always a smile. And its easier, less traffic, great location, and unlike the banks theres no hidden fees or costs. Its my new bank.. ?

I just moved to Carson City from Alaska and don’t have a Nevada I.D yet so cashing an Alaska check was a pain until I went to money tree and Joy , the branch manager was a delight and I wish I’d found them sooner! They will get all my business from now on!!

I visited the Carson MoneyTree store for the first time and had a good experience! The store was clean and friendly, and they had info if you were looking for other services. I just needed to cash a check, but I was greeted promptly, had my questions answered and was able to be done quickly.

My friend had a settlement check. Valid, from a Houston bank. Money tree totally gave her the run around and refused to verify the check via the verification number provided on the letter with the check. The brunette behind the counter had a s*** eating smirk on her face regarding the whole situation. My friend was almost in tears and had driven many miles twice to cash this check. They refused to accept the phone number on the letter that accompanied the check. Essentially I felt like they were accusing my friend of fraud and it was very insulting. I felt awful for her. Worst of all they weren't the least bit willing to go a little above and beyond the average call of duty to help my friend. We went to the local Wells Fargo and they verified the check no problem and she opened up an account and all is good.
