Had a great experience with Josh King while purchasing our trailer. We love it. Everything was so smooth and easy in the process and the service dept. was great when we needed them as well.

Excellent support and service getting a cabover window replaced in a Class C RV. Caesar did a superb job coordinating with the 3rd-party glass installer.

I wanted to give a shout out to Alex and Christian. They were extremely helpful when we did the walkthrough on our new trailer, they also helped us hook everything up to our truck and made sure everything was safe before we left. They answered all our questions, were knowledgeable, patient and kind. Thank you for the great service!

We bought a 2022 Rockwood 2506S Mini Lite recently from Michael Hohl RV Center. We are very happy with the deal Kyle (our salesman) offered us. His knowledge of the RV trailer we were buying was outstanding. He answered all our questions - he gets a definate 5 star rating ! He is the best trailer salesman we have ever dealt with. Also a 5 star rating to Jakob in the service deparment - he did an excellent job of walking us through the inside and outside, explaining how each item worked. Thanks to both of them for making this a great purchase experience! (from Suzy & Gary)

The breaks on our new RV didn't work when we first picked it up. A year latter, we're still having problems.

Parts: Unfriendly, unhelpful. All they need is a self check register, then they could completely ignore the customers.

I just bought an RV (30 ft trailer) from Hohl RV. After attending an RV trade show in Reno and visiting several RV dealers (we looked at a lot of trailers), I'm convinced I made the right choice. The entire experience with Hohl RV went very smoothly from start to finish. Our salesman, Josh, showed us everything we requested and made some excellent and straight forward recommendations to ensure we found something that exactly met our needs. His conscientious efforts resulted in our purchasing of a two year old Travel Trailer. The walk through on delivery day was the final step. I was truly amazed and pleased with the thoroughness of their Service Dept. What a great job they did in prepping the trailer and extra kudos to our service rep, Nestor, who did such a professional job explaining everything. We were treated like this was a brand new trailer and he made sure everything worked perfectly and to our satisfaction. I couldn't have been happier with the delivery of this trailer. I highly recommend this dealer and I'm confident they will take care of my service needs in the future. So glad I picked Hohl RV to purchase my first RV!

Pretty reasonable with their prices and seems to have good supplies when you need standard parts. They have great customer service and actually know how to find what you need. Would recommend them!

BUYER BEWARE! I didn't bother to read the reviews to this business before I went shopping for a new moto home! We came in last Sunday 1/16 just to look around! Greeted By Josh a salesman for Michael Hohl RV! First off his Covid protocol was not appropriate we both had masks on and he asked if he had to wear one! Being in close Proximity inside an RV and we said yes please wear one, he did not. Josh was pleasant and we found an RV that was what we were looking for! 29ft Winnebago vista. Josh explained to us the RV had a broken slide and needed to be repaired. He was going to have it brought into service the following day, which was Monday 1/17. Said he would get back to us. We came back to Carson City Monday to check the status and see the RV again. Josh told us wasn't able to get it repaired parts needed to be ordered. This was our second trip back to the Dealership showing a strong interest in the RV. I explain to Josh that I wanted it repaired before I purchased it because we were going to use it right away. He stated he was going to be off the next couple of days but if I was "a real buyer" he would come in on his days off. Interesting analogy I'm standing there at the dealership, "a real buyer ". We went back to look at the RV again on Wednesday was greeted by a salesperson by the name of Vanessa. Stating "Josh was off today!" This was become a pattern in This process I wasn't too thrilled about, I've never met a sales person so eager to tell his customers he's off work and everybody else along with him. This is now my third time to the dealership looking at this RV obviously I'm very interested in it. Let me throw in one other important factor in how I was starting to feel. There was a sales tag inside of the RV that stated it was for sale for $169,999 and the sale price was 159,000 showing the discount between the two. I went to look on their website to see pictures of it and I noticed that the sale price was 135,000. This is very deceptive because now I'm questioning where the bottom really is on the price. I address this with Josh the next time I spoke with him he kept alluding to the fact that the RV needed to be fixed and I explain to him that I was not interested in taking delivery of it until all of the parts and everything was done in working order. I received a text message from him on Thursday stating that he was back at work. We had the same conversation I also told him that I would be going to the RV show in Pleasanton over the weekend because this vehicle was not ready and I was not going to purchase something that I had to wait five weeks to get repaired, doesn't make any sense paying interest on some thing while I can't use it. He kept telling me I better hurry because it's going to get sold typical sales urgency tactics. I received a text message this morning Saturday 1/22. The RV was sold, it was like he couldn't wait to tell me that it was sold out from underneath me. I called the dealership And left a message for Alex A he is the general sales manager for Michael Hull RV. He was prompted calling me back, I told him my experience was not ideal and I've never met a sales person that was so eager to tell me about his days off, and told me multiple times I better come down and buy this one when it was not even working because someone else is going to buy it. I feel like this dealership failed to provide professional customer service, the explanation of the RV and the status of everything was very vague. Alex instantly became defensive of the situation and started to make statements up about the chain of events. I told him it was pretty obvious where the attitude and egos come from obviously it comes from the top. If you're shopping at this dealership for an RV or motorhome just be aware of the general attitude towards customers. They think the customers need them more. That is not the way I want to enter into any contract especially when looking at a vehicle that is over $100,000. The business next-door

Three quick visits for minor issues with new Winnebago RV bought on East coast. Miguel was very helpful, assisting this RV neophyte, at no charge, to check out coach, hands on advice, questions/issues resolved, also a good referral for a chassis issue. Will be our go to shop for future service.
