It was our first time at Michael Hohl Honda and Steve Kellogg helped us through the process of buying our car. He is quite a funny character and was not too pushy trying to sell us on the add ons. He also bought us some Doritos from the vending machine which was a nice touch.

I gave them one star because they won’t take none. Bought a car from them ( not the first time) they never told us it had been in two wrecks. In the meantime before we found out . That it had been in two wrecks. We were going through them to buy another car. They texted all the time wanting us to come to buy one, after we found out about the wrecks we sent them a message to see if they would make it good, we never heard from them again. We will never purchase from them again and will discourage others from making the same mistake.

Steve Kellogg and Dakota helped us get a Honda CRV. They were both very personable and knowledgeable. Steve is a real hoot and knows his stuff! Dakota is very friendly and helpful! They worked as a team as Dakota is new to the business. They took extra time and did not rush us and answered all our questions. Great experience overall!

Steve J. Kellogg helped my husband and I on returning our used Toyota Corolla for a brand new Honda passport. Normally I get very nervous making big purchases, but he kept it really fun and positive. Hes a very helpful and honest sales rep! I highly recommend Steve for anyone looking for a Honda. Even if you live in Reno, or outside of Carson City. It has been a very pleasurable experience! My husband and I were looking for a new vehicle at Michael Hohl Honda. We couldn't make up our minds between two very different vehicles. Our salesman, STEVE KELLOGG, was phenomenal!!! He had extraordinary patience as when hopped back and forth between the two vehicles. He got an idea of who we were, what we liked to do and gave us a couple things to try, and think about, in order to narrow the choice down. We finally decided on a car with zero pressure. Then he gave us a sensational deal. Shocking us both. We are delighted with our new car and the experience we had. STEVE KELLOGG thank you for your patience and going the extra mile for us.

Amazing customer service, first with Amelia Hicks, we were interested in a car we found online and she made the experience so easy and super friendly, second to Steve Kellogg, salesman, he delivered the car to Los Angeles for us and good not have been nicer. All the folks associated with Michael Hohl Honda were a pleasure to work with. 10/10 experience we will definitely do business with them again!

This was my first experience with Michael Hohl Honda, I was assisted by Steve Kellogg and had a great experience. I purchased a truck from eagle valley a few years ago and the experience was night an day. I will never purchase a car from anywhere except Michael Hohl Honda and im asking for steve every time. Start to finish Steve was professional and up front during the whole process. I feel great about my purchase and the whole experience. I don't feel like I got pressured or swindled in any way.
