The service was GREAT @ the dealership.However the PDI on the vehicle missed a BIG detail... It was Sunday and I was told to wait till Wednesday.... Nope... I took it. 9miles later.... TPMS sensors were NOT set. Otherwise, ALL that Michael Holh was above board. The mishap is because I wanted the vehicle on a SUNDAY.

The service department here is an absolute joke. We were getting a hitch installed in December and were told it would be a quick 1 hr fix. 6 hours later the car was done. Ok maybe that was a one off. Recently we brought our car in for an oil change at 1030 am; I verified making the appointment and dropping it off that the service would take 1.5 to 2 hrs tops. Since I received no communication and no updates I went back a little over two hours from dropping it off and the service tech looks into it and let’s me know ‘I have some bad information for you’ then proceeds to tell me it hasn’t even gone into the bay yet. Nothing has been completed. Not the rotation for the tires or the oil change. I asked why no one reached out and have no answer provided. Just oops sorry.
We drive from N Lake Tahoe to get our service done which takes time out of our day and work. So knowing the timing is important.
They legitimately have zero cares about your time or getting things done in a time line that was verified by multiple people. I wouldn’t recommend taking your vehicle here for service ever unless you have half a day to waste even with an appointment.

I have a new car so I made an appointment with the Chevrolet dealership for the first oil change at. 7000 miles. . My experience was wonderful! I have not been there before and wasn’t sure what to do. BUT I was greeted immediately by the employee as soon as I drove in. That employee told me exactly where to pull in and showed me where the office was and that they would take care of me. The invoice showed all the information that was taken care of. The oil change, the filter, they filled all the other stuff and rotated the tires. I feel 100% well taken care of! Thank you so much for treating me like a queen!
