Best Buy is at the point of no return will survivability of the company. National person answer the phones with no way to get you to speak to the local store. I have a return/replacement issue under warranty and I cannot get anyone to speak to locally to schedule. Just a place to leave a message ... and 8 hours later, no return call. Additionally I have 2 purchases that can be scheduled with the replacement ... but this company will lose because I need this done in a timely manner for safety reasons. I would sell your stock in this company because it will soon become another grave stone in the dying customer service industry. Too bad, because I really appreciated the company BEST BUY used to be. It's not this location's fault, it's the business model and the lack of effect customer services.

these guys are complete dicks. I bought a TV and had it waiting for pick up but I couldn't arrive in time so it refunded - I went by there a few hours later and they refused to match my price that I had paid earlier. so unnecessary. literally they wouldn't reduce it $100 to match the price In paid on a 65 inch TV.

Was at this Best Buy location on 11/22/2022. Went into store with the intention to upgrade my cellphone at their site. Asked for help and everyone ignored us and even had a girl stand at the register and say nothing stead and walk away. After 45 minutes of waiting I went to the front and asked for help, girl said I can check if we have phones but we can't do anything 1 hour before we close. Witch they made me wait to tel me that. Horrible service and staff is by far the worst I have ever seen, I mean in my life.

Went to buy a Minecraft Java edition and it was a scam didn't work. I double checked multiple times and it says invalid or already redeemed

Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere for high end computers and electronics. They heavily push the Best Buy protection plans, which are garbage, especially in comparison to manufacturer plans (e.g., Apple Care +). They're looking to increase their profits, rather than look out for the consumer. Other retail locations have a very different, pro-consumer philosophy.

Hussain, with Best Buy's Geek Squad installed our new Sony TV and WiFi extender. He is not only an outstanding technician, but is also friendly and patient. We could not be more pleased. We also receive great service when we go into the Carson Valley Best Buy Store.

Tony and his partner from the geek squad did a fantastic job they brought out a television set got it all set up came back because we was having an issue with it went and researched the issue brought another television set just in case it was needed brought a cord for the new system And my Apple TV hooked up have no issues at all with the television set and they are coming back to put the cord in the wall this week great job to both of them glad to see that we have people that care about their job and to care about their customers thank you again Tony and your partner for a great job

Great customer service!! Nathan in the computer department was very knowledgeable and friendly. Also, a shout out to his manager who came to authorize the price match, super friendly as well. Both employees made sure I didn't have to wait long.

Went into this Best Buy, the salesmen Nathen Gardezi was finishing up with another customer and came to help me right away. Young clean cut, unlike most after the pandemic. Eager to help me, just like before the dark times of this fake pandemic. Very courteous, helpful and seemed to want to please me. Did not know all my questions, but when asked a question he did not know he told me that he did not know and got my answer. Far above this custom expectations, and that hard to do. I'm not easily pleased and expect the best when paying out my hard Earned money, not some government Charity. Thank you BEST BUY, & Nathen.

Worst run Best Buy ever. Every time I call it's on hold for 20+ minutes. Booked a reservation to have phone worked on. Arrived on time & was told tech is not in on Wednesday. They are extremely rude. I drove 40 miles from Lake Tahoe, only to deal with a bunch of incompetents. Stay away from this extremely circus act.

My husband and I just moved to the Dayton area and we looking for a TV for our new home. We walked into this store and we're immediately greeted by someone at the front. Super nice. So we went to the TV department and met Nate. What a great sales associate!! He offered us many choices and educated us on the products. Once we made our decisions, he got us all cashed out. Nice person and smart! Nate should get a raise! Thank you, again, Nate!!

Another Best Buy Failure story. This is the 4th printer these morons have installed in a year. The idiot from the geek squad doesn't even test it. Just says it's hooked up to my phone and wireless. Says I don't need the instruction book. Leaves and an hour later it won't work. I try calling the geek squad guy back and all I get is a recording. No response. Today I call some idiot in India who scheduled me another geek squad appointment in another week. Then the morons charge me $80 to fix what they screwed up. Another BEST BUY FAILURE story.
