Terrible location. Inventory does not match website at all. Understaffed, rude nasty assistant manager who I had nicely suggested get some help for the poor guy at the registers who was all alone on a busy Saturday, I did not complain, I just told her that some other customer was screaming at him. She snipped at me that he never asked for help, when I told her that I saw him call 2x, she snipped that he called the wrong number and acted like it was wrong of me to say anything. Won't be going back here. Hope the Store manager sees this as they have a serious problem in their hands that needs to be addressed. Just wow.

To make a very long story short, I had an issue with my order of patio chairs. Two days after I paid for them (needed to be assembled) I received a call stating they were out of stock. I went to the store today to be sure I got a refund. Ali listened to me, checked her stock and apologized because they were indeed gone. As it turned out, Hannah (a brand new associate) had put them aside for assembling. Ali is transferring to another Lowe’s and will be missed. I am now a very happy Lowe’s customer!

Being a part of the lowes in house contractor staff I was shocked to see the lack of consideration and customer service, never have I walked into a lowes and be told I'd have a very long wait and basically told to go away because he was going to be helping a client for a long time, I already had about a thousand dollars worth of tools in my cart and needed one more thing , but once the tool clerk told me and another customer we would be waiting very long time I helped the other customer find what he needed, put everything back and left without purchasing anything ,
Next time the tool clerk should say something like,let me find someone that can possibly help you because I am with another customer at the moment instead of saying I'm busy and may never get to you today,
And by the way , that other customer literally spent under $80 dollars , great way to keep the store afloat

This place is terrible, I order things for delivery and they just don't pull the items for the trucks, then the delivery gets missed. Then to make it worse, they lie and say they delivered items that never showed up. EDIT: I have called many times, no one picks up the phone, the one time someone did, they said no one from deliveries was there and I would receive a call back, which I never did.

Update June 19th: They asked if I could call the 800 number because they wanted to help. Not true. They want it to apear that they helped me after I called them. Not true. They told me there is nothing that they can do. I wasted 20 minutes waiting on the phone. Definitely not going back to Lowe's!!!
Original Review: I'll never come back to shop at Lowe's ever again. I did the same thing once with target and I kept my word. Home Depot all the way! Also going to share this story with all my friends that I know in the business. Would be nice if they had 0 stars. I've never given a review under 4. They do not return any item over 90 days. I still don't see that stated in the policy, even though I asked them to print me out a policy. No store credit no refund no nothing. I missed it by one day. $200 in the garbage. If someone wants some tiles, they can pick them up for free I was about just to leave them right outside the store.

UPDATE - I went into the store, after calling the number provided. I was handed to ALI and she apologized and was able to issue me a refund. I went back to look for the fan, and wasn't there so that is the only reason another wasn't purchased. I appreciate you taking the feed back and making it right.
So, I purchased a unit less than a month ago. A in window fan unit. Saw the fan online, looked good for 49.99 and said let's get it. So, we purchase the unit, and once we arrived home, we decided to open it (I KNOW CRAZY RIGHT?) and since it worked, I decided to throw the packaging away. I know how idiotic of me why throw the packaging away of a perfectly good unit? So, after about a weeks' time one of the fans stopped operating. So, I go back to the Lowes we always go to, and a girl in purple hair at the return section looked at me and said no box? No return. I politely asked why this hasn't been an issue before, and it's within its return or exchange policy... Nope wasn't good enough so
I had to leave the store. I called corporate. The girl at corporate really had me going. She was nice, and empathetic and thought i was getting somewhere. Even told I'd hear back following business day before 5pm from a store manager on resolution. This was a week ago. Here I am Monday, week later and no phone call. I would like to think you care about your image, and reputation, that it would be the first thing you do. I am very disappointed, and shame on me for believing there would be some resolution.

I have shopped here for years since it is the closest hardware store to my house but I will not be back and I have cut my Lowe’s pro card up. I was emailed a coupon by Lowe’s so I went and tried to use it, it didn’t work. The cocky manager scanned her own coupon, while being condescending to the cashier, and said we were good to go so I trusted it. I got to the truck and loaded up, then looked at the receipt and the coupon was not applied. I walked right back in to the pro desk and they told me I needed to speak with customer service so I went over there and the line was to the door. I walked back to the pro desk and the employees were too busy talking amongst themselves to acknowledge me. I used what I absolutely needed that day and returned the rest of the items. I will drive the few extra miles to one of the 2 Home Depots in town just to avoid this place. Years ago, I used to call it Blowes and yesterday I was reminded why.

The customer service at this store is desperately lacking. My fiance and I found some turf for our patio, and asked one of two employees at the flooring desk for help as the turf was on a giant roll in overhead racking. They were busy, however I had thought that by getting their attention, we would be helped next. This was not the case. They helped every new customer and avoided the back of the store where we were. We waited around 15 minutes before asking again and waited another 15 before giving up and going to Home Depot where we were helped immediately. The employees didn't call anyone for help and passing employees never asked if we needed help, or never called anyone when we stopped them to ask ourselves. Very disappointing.

we ordered an Gas dryer and they sent an electric dryer. The problem is we had to pay our handyman 400 dollars to rip apart our bathroom in order to fit the new washer and dryer into the space and to take out the old washer and dryer. This was not a remodel but simply removing the sink area so the washer and dryer could be placed where it was meant to be. the sent the wrong dryer and washer...it being electric we had t pay our handyman 400 dollars for nothing but to put our bathroom back to together without a new washer and dryer. we asked lowes to give us a gift card since we had to insure a 400 dollar charge in the removal of the bathroom only to put it back together and they told us not their problem.we spent a ton of money at lowes in cars city nevada and reno and we will no longer be doing business with lowes there.

First time I ever went to a Lowes... Not a quick trip. Only helpful person was the kid at the self check out. The in store pro (in Halloween costume tee shirt letting me know they knew their stuff and were patriotic) was not that helpful. Someone needed an ambulance the day I was in there, and I guess that took all of their sales people. It is probably worth paying more money elsewhere than to wander this place looking and waiting for help.

Bruce in the cabinet department is an amazing person he’s very knowledgeable on what his doing, I give him the measurements for my kitchen which was very difficult and challenging but he was able to feet the cabinets that the store has in the store which is difficult to work with the measurements I give, anyway he’s an outstanding employee hope the manager or the store really appreciate he’s hard work and ethics
