Still waiting on phone for someone anyone to pickup the phone and this is the second time I called. The first call after waiting several minutes the phone went into a busy signal. Still waiting online after sixteen minutes. Worst company I ever deal with .

Average wait time on hold 15-20 minutes. Sometimes don't deliver when they say they will. Sometimes don't have the products I need

Got my stuff the next day my order was put in . Got delivered to my house and with me sick it made everything that much better to not have to leave the house. Customer service was fantastic. All around would highly recommend

This is a poorly ran company. They do not know how to bill correctly, getting supplies is a chore and they have poor memory skills or technology to support this. Case in point, I talked to a representative there named Kelsey on April 14th (I documented it) and today August 3rd she says she has no recollection of doing so or no record in her computer. Calling her a liar is going too far, but she is clearly incompetent because she didn't document our call. When I called back for the 2nd time since April she didn't want to talk to me (which was very unprofessional) and had her call center rep from who knows where (he was very good at his job), do so and relay her message that she had no proof that we talked in April. What a s***show.

Lincare is great...once you can get ahold of them! It's very hard for us to reach them by phone, but once we do and get an appointment, everything else goes smoothly. My husband and I both just started CPAP therapy and needed a mask re-fit. I had the hardest time contacting them to get a fitting or mask exchange and my insurance only allows one mask re-fit the first 30 days. The people there are very friendly, it's just reaching them by phone that SUCKS!

Totally incompetent! I have been waiting for my replacement CPAP machine for over 4 months. DON"T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I drove to the office because no phone calls were ever returned. They acknowledged the time I had been reaching out to them but insisted that I make an appointment to fill out forms on a tablet. The epitome of poor customer service. They must hire from a pool of candidates that couldn't ask "do you want fries with that". What if your life depended on service like this?

I had an order sent in for CPAP supplies after calling lincare. They said they'd call me when they got it. Never happened. I found out they had the order the next day. Went in to the office and it was obvious they didn't want me there. Got more paperwork sent from doctor. Then lincare wanted one more document and would call me when they got it. They got it the next day. 40 days later and still no call! THIS IS A STORE SELLING A PRODUCT BUT THEY DON'T WANT YOU TO GET IT!!! Not one dime from me I'm going elsewhere.

I have had nothing but issues when it comes to billing. They know my insurance covers 100% and I know it as well as we both talked to my insurance, yet they keep sending me bills and I am not paying a dime! Also tried to charge a year ahead of time and that is when I found out. A mask was ordered for me along with daytime monitoring that has not been done! Ordered months ago. And never got fitted for the oxygen pack like promised. They are closed when shows open. Ridiculous. Want another company. Will call my insurance and file a complaint. Update: Billing issues continued. Now I get a call today about being fitted for smaller tanksof oxygen you take with you, before being fitted for the small pack. They said I will No longer get that appt or have it done benefitting my health as I missed some appts and I have always called and explained why and to reschedule. I can't control if I get sick with COVID or have an injury. Because of the above, they have pulle care away from me!!! That could cause me harm. I have mobility issues that make it difficult for me to pull the bigger tanks, especially in the snow. Now they disallow me care that my insurance pays for 100%!! They only took away sales and money from themselves and put a patient at risk. No wonder they only have a 1.6 rating. I will be calling the top manager tomorrow to complain about the rep who I deal with who was rude and uncaring, canceling my service appts when I have health issues that prevented me from going to some appts that I called and always rescheduled and explained. I asked for an exception to which I was denied. I guess they really don't need their customer base or sales and that patients do not matter to them. BBB will be called as well and my Insurance to file complaints and will be referred to a other better Oxygen Company who cares about their patients. Nothing but problems with this one and rude reps. And fraudulent billing practices as well.

This office is totally unorganized unable to fullfil my doctors orders. They were given a prescription for A Cpap, Oxygen concentrator and a bleed in for the oxygen.They delivered the oxygen without the other equiptment. The driver was clueless as to the doctors orders. He said when he returns to the office he would check on it. I also called the office 2 or 3 times (which they denied, lies) I also called the doctors office 3 times who said they would talk to lincare about getting the remaining equiptment. When they finally called to deliver the equiptment they told me I would be still be required to pay for rental for the oxygen equiptment that I was unable to use. I talked to the office manager who proceeded to blame me for their incompetence. She denied me calling to get this rectified. No wonder their reviews are at a 1.8. Do not go through this provider as they are thieves and incompetent.

customer service is terrible ! The few people I have talked to have been very nice, professional and willing to help. However, that being said try to get someone on phone to discuss anything is next to impossible. I am a customer and I deserve good service, regardless of any excuses. On hold for 20 minutes then disconnected, not impressed. this has happened many times. Set up website personnel for a callback at Lincare's convenience. Anything would be better than what you have now !
