Really like this store. The ladies working were very helpful and seemed knowledgeable. The store is very well organized. Had the supplement I was seeking plus a lot of other similar items to consider. Also had some great granola 50% off. I also got a fun lollipop that has seeds in the stick, so you plant it when you finish the pop - fun!

Products seemed like quality but the lady was super negative and rude.I asked if I could take some photos of the store and she hot really Karen"Krazy.Not a good sign of healthy provisions.I take my business to dubois health food center down the street where there is more products and staff are Friendly.

My husband and I were in town for the day and needed a sunburn remedy. I had a very, very bad burn and his was moderate. The woman, Marta, who helped us was fabulous. She told us a wonderful remedy. Sold us the products and sent us on our way.The remedy was completely natural. The two products totaled four ingredients. I applied the protocol twice a day. It provided immediate pain relief. A week later my skin is soft and supple, although it is still sunburned on two parts, I have not peeled and is healing well. I also used the remedy on a bad cut that happened a week and a half ago and it's healing wonderfully with no scar. As a Health Coach, I am very concerned with clean and natural remedies. Sadly, I rarely find quality advice at any store these days, so I am very impressed with Lifestream Health Foods personnel and products. And, I am also impressed that they sell PaleoValley products! Although I live in California, I will recommend this store to everyone.

I recently went here to get garlic oil drops for my daughter's ear ache. It is very well organized, with a wide selection. The woman who helped me was very easy to talk to and helped me make a decision. I ended up buying some other items as well. Anything The health or fitness related is my weakness! The store's environment is clean and welcoming. I will definitely be back.

Was referred to store by Phils Discount Nutrition for a list of supplements that I needed and may have had to order online. It turned out LifeStream Health Foods had everything including rarer or harder to find supplements, vitamins, all my teas, sage, and more. Everyone extremely knowledgeable and helpful and very welcoming here. Love Love Love this place!!!

You couldn't ask for a better store for vitamins and supplements, plus lots of other goodies.I picked up some stuff from CAL Ranch and as I left the parking lot, I saw the store and decided to hop in and was glad I did!Everything was organized, easy to find, nothing cluttered, the shelves were fully stocked it was awesome. They even had hard to find items, which really made me happy.To top it all off, the staff there is very knowledgeable and helpful and actually seems to like working there, which is nice.As I put my items up there on the counter, the saleswoman asked if I'd like to be on their list.Now, I don't like being on 'lists' because my information gets sold to 3rd party companies, but that is not what they do there. They get your name and number and put it on a card and you get discounts the more you shop there. I got $7 off the last time I went in there! AWESOME!!

My daughter in Washington called around looking for certain supplements she wanted her dad to take. He was very sick and it had gone to his chest (negative Covid). She knew I was at a doctor's appointment in Carson City and called me telling me she was having some stuff on hold here. I live in Gardnerville so I've never been to this store. Such a wonderful small store packed with a lot of supplements and staff with a lot of knowledge in supplements. When my daughter called they were out of a supplement she was looking for but when I got there the employee found a bottle that contained that supplement they were out of plus a combination of other supplements she wanted him to take. A great find with multiple supplements in one bottle. They also had some hard to find supplements. Again, employee was awesome! She knew her stuff. Prices weren't bad at all compared to other places I've shopped at. When I checked out she started a punch card that gives you money back when you spend $100. I walked out with all my husband's stuff, some stay well tea for me and another item for me and needing less than $10 to get that punch card filled. A win win! Btw, the supplements worked and my husband is much better....not Covid
