I have to say one of nicest JcPenneys my mom and I have ever been in. Very clean and organized. While I was trying on clothes and my mom was looking around, employees were very attentive. We are going back tomorrow to show my stepdad. I honestly wish my JcPenneys in my area could take some helpful tips.

Fix your page times they colse at 6.30 for the salon, i wen there one hour before close but I guess 1 hour it's not enough for a hair cut, then the page says you close at 8, well not even close, go FIX YOUR schedules

Sherry fixed my color botches by more than one hair colorists in Carson City.She spent alot of time and took great care to make sure my color came out good and that there was no further damage to my now overprocessed fragile hair.There are alot of lousy hairdressers in Carson City. Thats why Im mentioning Sherry because she seemed to actually care about doing a good job on my hair. AND she did what I asked for.Thanks Sherry!

Customer service at rock bottom. Went in grabbed 2 bras and after visiting the 3 registers, 15 min later, layer my stuff down and walked out. Retail wonders why sales are in the toilet. It is the lack of customer service. Forced to shop online.

Twice as many baby boy clothes as baby girl clothes. Prices were super high for baby clothes. Store was clean and well organized.

Booked appointment with hair stylist Lexi. She does perms, coloring, men & female haircuts, styling. explains what products are good for the hair.Place was clean, social distancing and Mask wearing, disinfect area after each client. Bathroom was clean and no orders.Coupons on JCPENNEY Salon website for in-store. Saving money, Great Customer Service.

I am late to getting this review done but my daughters often have items on their Christmas list from Sephora. This place was dirty and disorganized and they were genuinely disinterested in helping me find what I was looking for.

During the holiday season only 2 checkers for the entire store. More than 10 people in line yet the checkers are still trying to sign you up for credit cards, mailing lists, etc. Makes each transaction take forever. At some point you would think you try to get through the line as fast as possible. Everything I picked up was made in China. Store was nice and clean though, well stocked.

This review is for Sephora: I recently had the pleasure of having a very knowledgeable young lady named Maddie attend to me. After years of wearing different foundation & concealer from Mac which I still like, I was looking for a different look so I thought about Sephora because I know they carry different brands. When I walked in I was greeted right away & thinking I knew 100% what I wanted, I asked to try Nars. Maddie asked all the right questions & she didn't discourage me she pulled the product I inquired & then matched me to show me another option,which I'm 100% glad she did, I went with Huda foundation & concealer, I absolutely love the product & the top notch service I received. This gal is a gem. I hope that I encounter service like this my next visit in!
