I'm new to California, and I've realized after a couple years, filling taxes isnt as EASY and profitable as it was in WA. But if you get the chance to work with KELLY at Jackson hewitt in Nevada locations, you will be most pleased. She went above and beyond to get my taxes done, staying later than she was scheduled, offered to help me on her own time, and even taught me a thing or two about the whole taxing process. I've used a few other tax prep services in my day, but nobody has made me feel so comfortable and secure and really showed an effort to get what I needed done! Thank you Kelly and JH. -D.W

Very courteous,efficient and responsive to all my needs. We've been coming to Jackson Hewitt for many years. The service is quick and reasonable. Steve, our tax guy, was very knowledgeable and if he wasn't sure, he asked. We will be back earlier next year!

I like that my partner and I could drop off our documents and come back to review our in-person return later. This saved us a lot of time and let us avoid the awkwardness of watching the tax pro enter numbers. We will come back because everyone in this Jackson Hewitt office has been knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.

The first encounter went very easy and then the 2nd. I drop my tax paperwork of with a appointment. No problems there schedule a return sign and go appointment a week later. Show up 5 nins to 2pm my appointment time and sat down. Both workers where with customers so I waited. Time now being 213 I was asked if I needed help. I explained my appointment was at 2 pm they look very busy can they call me to reschedule for a time they are not so busy. Sure they can and after hours go by no phone call. I decide to go in where they where helping people . Once again after waiting I finally asked for my paper to go else where. I also learned while I was there my tax prepare was working on her family taxes. This could have been handled with just a phone call. Would not recommend. 1978 William Sr carson city nv 89706.
