We were shopping all around Carson looking for a sofa and we're completely unaware of JM furniture. A friend referred us there and we were not disappointed. We were immediately greeted by Tammy who was very friendly and knowledgeable. She showed us many things that were within the range we were looking for and we were ultimately quite pleased with their selection and were able to choose something we felt would fit our family. I would say JM Furniture is like the Hidden Gem of Carson City. We visited other furniture stores in town and around the area and most people didn't even acknowledge us. You definitely feel welcome in their store.

Bought a power recliner from them in 2020...3 years later its the most uncomfortable seat in the whole house and that includes the floor. Total waste of money. It went flat and feels like your sitting on wood and metal. Its so baf it is leaving bruises on lower legs . After fiasco of couch a year ago im done with this rinkadink business.

Wow! This place was WAY bigger than I imagined. Amazing prices. Free delivery. And what I appreciated the most was the customer service. Super knowledgeable about what was in stock, what sales are happening, etc. I will absolutely send people your way!
