“My wife is working in Carson City this week, so we brought our granddaughter and we've been enjoying the sights of Carson except when she's swimming. The staff of Hampton Inn have treated us great!!”

“This motel is a hidden gem! Very clean and spacious. The courtyard has almost a park feel to it. It is family owned and operated and pride in ownership shows. They do not offer microwave or mini fridge but do have coffee in the office. Will definitely be my go to place on my next trip to Carson City. Enjoyed my stay.”

“Very clean, newer facility. Allowed pets. Appreciated the breakfast and social hour. Jody at the front counter had amazing customer service. She even called my pet by name.”

“We have a great stay! The nightstaff at check-in was wonderful! I apologize I don't remember the young man's name, but he was currently in nursing school and working full-time. He went out of his way to help us check in after a bit of a weary trip. The rooms at the time of our stay definitely could use some TLC but I was told that the following week construction were remodeling was going to happen! The casino floor was a bit slower than I am used to, but everything seemed pretty clean and routinely monitored and kept after by staff. The main bar was fun to sit at especially when winning! The Bloody Mary's more heavenly and the shot glass lemon drops were a absolute come back for seconds!”

“Plenty of parking here, the food was decent with a varied menu. The server got our food order wrong and we ended up with food we didn't order. Didn't make a fuss about it as she was on her own. The food was good though !”

“I could generally call this place home. I do stay here often and have done so over many years. It is a very quiet hotel with an outstanding staff, from the management to housekeeping. The hotel is clean, room rates are very reasonable and the hotel is undergoing some upgrades. The beds are very comfortable and room furnished with microwave and refrigerator. A small breakfast is available, but I can never seem to wake up for it. The hotel is very safe, accessible in a good location.”

“Great place to stay!! The staff is super nice and honestly don't listen to a lot of the bad complaints! There were NO BUGS, the rooms are not updated but, they aren't horrible either. I actually liked the way they looked not updated, it was pretty Retro! You have to think that the price is around 40-60, its not somewhere super expensive like the atlantis in reno! The appliances were definitely new and worked great. To go against what one of the other commenter said, I definitely had enough places to plug things in.The rooms were really clean and there were no bed bugs. So the cleaning staff does do their job well. The only thing I would maybe work on is the bathtubs, thats literally my only complaint. I could only imagine the cost of that though so I understand why it was not updated. All in all I stayed a week here and the staff was really nice and professional.I am a dialysis patient and need clean facilities and this place met that. The reviews I have read were a little unfair. I have stayed everywhere from the peppercorn to the Atlantis in reno, I have stayed at harvys in Tahoe. These smaller motels and hotels are always the best. Unless your renting a suite in one of those nice places no one gives a crap about you.”
