We are on vacation had to unfortunately replace two tires. Had few issues with our discount tire card he took time to call and help figure it out. Jonathin was very helpful and appreciate his patience thanks for doing a great job and having great customer service

So, I set everything up online. It took about 10 minutes after I checked in to get my car in. It went really fast because they all helped if they had nothing to do. Great job people! 5/29/24. Repeat of the above. Had to wait a little longer to get in, but everything went smoothly while I sat in my car watching. Took about 30 minutes. Landon was informative and friendly. Good job guys.

I unfortunately bought tires from discount tire in Carson City NV. I don't have the ability to lift my car to rotate my own tires. I know from previous experience that they lose online appointments, so I came into the store to make the appointment. The appointment was set for 9:45. I got here at 9:30. After an hour of waiting my son was getting hungry. I checked the status and they don't expect to even start on my car until sometime between 11:30 and 12:30. While we are waiting a customer come in to complain that they were given someone else's car keys. Another customer was here because their tires are rubbing because they put the tires on wrong. When I buy new tires, it will NOT be from here. Worst service.

Excellent customer service from Shu!!! I needed one tire and got it done within 30 minutes even though they were pretty busy. Highly recommend this company. 10/10 rating.

I came in after a wobbly ride down the grade. The whole team was very polite. They were busy but Logan made sure to get me taken care of quickly and got me back on the road feeling much safer. Thank you guys!

Purchased "in stock" winter tires at Discount Tire online Jan 9th. Winter storm postpones my Jan 12 appointment, reschedule, drive 30 miles and only 1 tire in stock. Store claims they didn't have them in stock, and yet the website lists only 1 in stock which is accurate. Feels like they sold the tires I purchased and was hoping to get them back in. They claim they hold tires purchased online. I get better service at Walmart which is sad.

They price matched Costco on KO2 and installed on our camper while we waited in the waiting room with the cat. Great!

Purchased"in stock" winter tires online January 9th and scheduled appointment for January 12th for installation. Winter storm forces postponement, reschedule January 15th. Drive 30 miles for appointment and only 1 tire is available. Discount associate claims they were never "in stock" but I was still able to purchase them and make an appointment. Get home and look online and it's showing 1 tire in stock, what a coincidence. Feels like they sold my tires during the winter storm and hoped they got them back in stock by the time of my appointment. Their solution was for me to return. DON'T SELL TIRES ONLINE IF YOU ARE GOING TO RESELL THEM TO THE FIRST PERSON THAT SHOWS. I'm going to Walmart from now on.

I've bought a set of tires from Discount before and it was a great experience. Ended up with a screw in my tire during a storm and brought my truck here to see if it could either be repaired or get a new tire. The service guy, Nate, was extremely professional, attentive and forthcoming about what they could do for me. I was a walk in so I expected a wait, I got a text when it was done and found they were able to patch it up and it was free of charge. Based on their customer service, effectiveness and quality of work I will forever take my vehicles to this Discount Tire, and also recommend them to friends. Thanks guys!

Brought my Audi in for a flat tire they ruined my steering wheel leather inside my car. Noticed they damaged the interior prior to driving off.Manager asked me to bfjng my car in to submit insurance claim. Called the store prior to bringing my car back back to fix their mistakes, drove all the way from Reno for the manager to conveniently leave the store & “headed to the bank of the other side of town”I left the manager a message, never got a call back. NOT WORTH IT. VERY DISSATISFYING, & EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING it. Take your vehicle else where.
