DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!!!! I have never had such a awful experience at any salon as I did this one. I brought my Maltese in for the first time to be groomed. When I arrived the the lady was in the back and said she was washing a dog so i waited. when she was done she walked the very large dog out and fought with it to get it into the kennel. She hit the dog on its butt and yelled at it and said stupid dog i can't fight with you. Eventually she got the dog in, and then came up to the counter and said hi I'm tere the owner I'm sorry about that he is just dumb. I told her that I felt that was very unprofessional to both do and say overall and that I apologize but I could not have my dog groomed there especially after seeing her smack the dog. She replied well whatever I have the right to refuse service to anyone so you can leave my shop. I politely said have a good day and walked out. I could hear her through the door say fuck that bitch. VERY UNPLEASANT PERSON

They have always done an excellent job on our dogs. But we have called several times lately to make an appointment and they have not returned our calls ? We have reached the point where we are looking for a new groomer. We are sad ? because we always liked them.

I am so glad I decided to go to this groomer… I have two older rescue pups who have never been to a groomer. These ladies embraced my dogs and were so sweet to them! They were gentle and kind. They immediately realized one of my dogs was nervous so they let him sit where he wanted, and they were so quick to do his nails he didn't even have time to think about it.Their prices for nail trims are amazing, and they are to be commended compared to the groomers who gouge dog owners for $20 per dog, which is ridiculous when it takes them literally five minutes at the most to trim nails (that's $240 an hour!)the owner said she doesn't want dogs to go without nail trims because their owners might not be able to afford it, so she sets the price very low. I'd rather give them a huge tip than pay unfair prices elsewhere. You can tell they totally care about the dogs they groom, and I noticed they knew all their customers by their first name.i'll never take my dogs anywhere else.

The owner tere is unprofessional..we tried to like her but after serval bad experiences, we will never be back .. she has been rude, tossed our dog across the counter at us. We have heard her cuss and yell at another employee and say" get the dogs clean or get the fuck out"; one time she was in the back and the young blonde was working on a pup, she told us tere would be right with us.. she calmly told tere we were there. Tere said " fuck I don't have time for this shit I'm busy". Then yelled at the blonde " answer the fucking phone, because it was ringing. When tere came up she was very rude she said ," what are you paying with" we said card" she got into her personal phone, then it rang, she stopped mid transaction to pick it up and continued to talk for 15 minutes, leaving is just standing there in the lobby, the young blonde apologized which none of which happeved was her fault. Tere the owner is disrespectful and rude. I feel sorry for the girls who work there and the pets..

Tere and staff are amazing! They love all our fur babies and treat them like royalty when they are there! Only issue I had was in the parking lot some crazy woman cussing and yelling gibberish. Was off putting but clearly not the fault of the business! I recommend 100%

They wouldn't clip my one dog's nails because she was talking she's a big teddy bear 8mnths old and she sounds mean but isn't. And it was her 1st time to get her nails trimmed. But they cut my smaller dog's nails who is a little fighter. She will try and bite you or get away when you try to cut her nails. But they did hers.
