Always a fabulous experience at the Diamond Vault. Jesse is our diamond guy! He assisted with a custom diamond wedding ring for my husband and custom diamond bands for my engagement ring in 2021. He sketched just what my husband had in his mind for his ring. Our return visits for maintenance and cleaning never disappoint. Thank you so much!

Today was the first time I went to the diamond vault, I met Jesse who is the owner, and he was incredible. I asked him if he could look at my diamond tennis bracelet, and just give me a rough estimate of what it was valued at. Not only did he look at it he measured it gave me the price of what it is which was incredible because I didn't know it was that valuable While I was there, he took my diamond solitaire my wedding band, and the diamond tennis bracelet, clean them all polish them up didn't charge me a penny what a sweet man I feel so secure with him that I'm going to leave my 2 carat diamond engagement ring to be sized.Its a beautiful store and I love the security, I had to ring a bell, and he came to the door and let me in and locked it behind us. I felt very safe and comfortable putting out my jewelry. He has some beautiful pieces there, and very high-end diamonds. We talked about redesigning my wedding band and engagement ring, and that will be the next project. I found him to be very reasonable, he's putting a safety chain on my tennis bracelet, and it wasn't out of sight in price.I have been looking for a jewelry store that I would trust my jewelry to leave and I feel very confident that they are very established after 17 years in business. If you have any repair work, want to re-design your current jewelry or maybe buying engagement ring I highly recommend this place

I went in with some ideas for an engagement ring and Nick P. really helped bring those ideas to life. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful while also allowing me to browse stress free.

The customer service from Jesse is exceptional! I've had countless watches repaired, rings resized and diamonds replaced and they get it right! I can't believe anyone would give them less than 5 stars every time!

Ok so they are hit and miss! I love the store in Reno! We have been a handful of times now and some sales associates are friendly and some are kind of guarded?? Not sure that is how to explain them or not? When you have to be rang into the store and the prices you pay for the jewelry you would think that everyone would be cheerier? Have had to take things back on multiple occasions for repairs.

Great customer service and fast work! From my first phone call with Jesse to the time I came in for an appraisal, he was very helpful and courteous. He explained the process to me, and answered any questions I had. He also finished the appraisal a day earlier than the promised date, and I was promptly notified when it was ready. Nice and welcoming environment if you’re shopping for jewelry, too!
