“Friendly and helpful just like an old timey hardware store. And they have everything you need. I just got myself one of those yard torches for killing weeds and needed a propane tank and some propane. AS USUAL, I was greeted as soon as I walked in. AS USUAL, I was asked what I needed. AS USUAL, I was directed to the proper department. AS USUAL, I was almost instantly assisted in securing what I needed. Another review said they were told they didn't fill propane tanks, but I'm here to tell you they have a propane tank out there the size of the Queen Mary and didn't have any trouble filling my new tank. It's an enjoyable experience every time I come here, unlike the local big box stores.”

“Buying online is the Best Sales for "Plus Size women's Tops", prices are so reasonable for the money. Sizes are going fast, Alfred Dunner are my favorite Tops, true to size.The Tops fit in the appropriate places,no gaps,no binding up!”

“Let's face it, it's a discounted retail store, so you really should know what you're getting. But there are hidden gems if you're patient. This is not my go to place, but it's decent and mostly kept neat. I notice empty racks in the back, meaning wasted display space. The small crew is troubling, but since the foot traffic is light, it's justified. I have found great, obscure items like Nike air vapor tours for cheap. I've even run across Calvin Klein shirts at knock-off prices. The inventory has dwindled considerably, but you can still find pretty good clothing items here. The jewelry selection is tolerable and the staff is very friendly. There is a massive parking lot shared by two other stores and it's easy to access off S. Carson north of the I-50. 6/19”

“Sherry fixed my color botches by more than one hair colorists in Carson City.She spent alot of time and took great care to make sure my color came out good and that there was no further damage to my now overprocessed fragile hair.There are alot of lousy hairdressers in Carson City. Thats why Im mentioning Sherry because she seemed to actually care about doing a good job on my hair. AND she did what I asked for.Thanks Sherry!”

Found everything I needed from food to carpet cleaners.Now that technology is taking over, I found it unfair to the only real cashier among the deserted 30+ cashier lanes, with 20+ customers patiently waiting. I do feel bad for the cut employees. However, if we don't embrace change, then we become grumpy old people, which I dislike as well. So self check out, You win!Note: My friend that I brought with, with only 10 items to my two carts, showed up 36 minutes later, going through the only teller because she supports live workers. Then she asked me where I wanted to go for dinner, and I replied, "Just finished it," holding up a sub sandwich I purchased at Walmart, a Mountain Dew. And onion rings. She had a pouty face and sad looking. I pointed to the rear seat and said, "Yours is already sitting back there for you".When swung back around, she was smiling as I had all her favorites pulled out ready to be eaten.”
