I don't have insurance, so the employee applied a discount card on my husband's medication, making it $100. One week later, I filled the same exact prescription for myself with the same quantity and I am being charged $369. They refused to use the discount card on my medication. It is costing me 1/3 of my rent. This is unacceptable! I am going to call Corporate because this is the only way to get real results. The star is for the employee who actually helped last time. You have a 50% chance of getting help. Why operate like this when I have been a customer for 20 years plus. I'm about to take my money somewhere else.

I am wanting to transfer my prescription from Walgreen’s. It has been a nightmare since they bought out Savemart that was Amazing. They do not care about their customers at all!

The pharmacy is the only redeeming quality of this store. And they do a great job, probably the best pharmacy in town. The rest of the store is literally falling apart around it.

Online said pharmacy is open at 9, no it is not, not until 10. Employees said that Google which I used says the correct time, NO it Does NOT! Inconvenience is what this store pharmacy is doing

I've had quite a few negative experiences getting prescriptions filled at Walgreens, CVS, Rite Aid etc. Needless to say, I'm always bracing myself for the worst.
That's why I need to give a five star shout out to pharmacist Antoni and his team here. My three scripts were sent in this morning and filled within ten minutes of the pharmacy opening. I even reloaded the website a couple times to make sure it wasn't a glitch. It's s unfortunately happened before.
Antoni went above and beyond in professionalism, friendliness and the compassion that makes American healthcare special -- but which has been disappearing in recent years.
I hope people like Antoni and his team get recognized by corporate for presenting such a great front to the public. CVS, please hire more people like this!

I was treated very well. Julie helped me with procuring cards for my prescriptions which saved me around $120! Pharmacist in charge was helpful also.

My doctor called in 2 prescriptions. I received a text that one was in process but the other couldn't be filled for another 25 days because of state law. This was completely wrong and I called the pharmacist and was able to get the matter resolved. This prescription was filled while the other which I was told was in process suddenly wouldn't be ready for 5 more days because they were out of stock. What a ridiculous way to run a business without any concern or courtesy toward customers.

I made an appt for vaccines 2 weeks ago. I arrived 10 minutes early as instructed. The pharmacist giving the vaccines ignored me until 15 minutes past my appt time while he waited on customers who had arrived after me for prescriptions (and I doubt had scheduled appointments.) Very unprofessional!

ZERO STARS Where do I begin without writing an epic novel? They frequently close the drive thru or use it for clinical purposes, effectively cutting its use off to handicap people who need to get their scripts. I got trapped in the drive thru once behind two cars in heat of 102 for two hours while they covid tested two cars. $20 in gas for the AC to keep from roasting. Constantly rude staff. Constant errors. Super slow, incompetent, rude service. BUT I GOT THE SCOOP FROM THE PHARMACIST CHRIS!!! They again cut off the drive through and I get told in one instance by Alissa that I have to come in, and if I can't I have to find someone to go in for me. Huh? The pharmacist says he'll speak to her because they can help me in the drive thru. I did as I was told and went to the closed drive thru and called once there so they could help me. Alissa answered and decided to launch a frustrated attitude interrogation as to why I had to use the drive thru. Now I'm pissed. It's non of her business. I was told I could be helped and I was doing what I was told, so I give her attitude right back and told her because I'm handicapped. Does she want my medical records and a note from my doctor? WTF? Really? She shoves my meds in the drawer, and i put my handicap placard up to the window. She then proceeds to shout about how was she supposed to know. I informed her that the only thing she needs to know is what i told her when she answered the phone, and that was i was doing as another staff member told me. HERE'S WHERE CHRIS' INFO COMES IN.......... I called the pharmacy after I get home to speak with the manager about the situation. The pharmacist, Chris, proceeds to tell me...... They are permanently short staffed. CVS and Walgreens are buying up all the smaller pharmacies and dumping the workload into their existing stores without hiring more staff. They are unable to keep up with pharmacy work because they have too much clinical work. CVS refuses to hire more staff, despite the constant employee and customer complaints. The staff is all overworked, tired, angry, and ready to quit, so thats why they are unable to treat their customers with respect. As long as CVS treats them this way, that treatment will tend to be passed off to the customers, and thats just the way it is and will continue to be. So there you have it As a nurse, I've dealt with all of the above, just throw in some code blues and people actually dying, and if you behave the way these people are behaving, you find yourself looking for another job. As it is, there will be some communications between me, CVS Customer Relations, the BBB, and Americans With Disabilities on the government website.

Normally the service isnt that great at this CVS pharmacy, but I have to give this a 5 star review because Becca (I think that is the spelling) really makes a difference in the quality of service at this location. If CVS could hire and keep more people like her it would go very far in making CVS a lot better place.

The absolute worst pharmacy in Carson City, Nevada by all means send your prescriptions somewhere else sitting in a drive-through line for more than 25 minutes for a simple pick up is absolutely ridiculous. He try to go inside. There's a line of 10 people the people behind the counter, if they are understaffed well, that's too bad but no one seems to give a shit. The store manager doesn't do anything all she says is nothing I can do people throwing things around the store smells crackheads wandering around if I could get this place zero stars I absolutely would.

The worst pharmacy I've ever seen. Extremely long waiting times for pickups. It takes an extremely long time to prepare your prescription. A year ago it was not so bad. But now it's horrible—time to run away.
