You dont even dearseeve a star. This company is ridiculous I paid for Insurance and my service my phone was stolen July 27th I filed a claim they sent me a replacement with a envelope for the phone that was stolen because of there mistake instead fixing in the computer I had to mail my phone back it's been 20+ days no phone no service now my bill is due they want more money you gotta be stupid if cricket thinks I'm gonna keep paying this to recieve horrible customer service not one of these employees attempted fix it and keep your customers I will definitely telling friends and family about this horrible experience with cricket

Absolute worst customer service. I went in to switch over to cricket and was met with the absolute worst customer service ever. I was told they couldn't help me. The only response I got was "there are no deals for AT&T customere", even though I was bringing my own devices. The lady behind the counter was extremely rude. She wasn't willing to help at all. I'll never be back to thus location.

We are at Cricket store in Carson City Nevada. It was supposed to open at 10. We have tried calling numerous times only to be told they are on lunch . It is only 10:53. The person that my husband is speaking to right now refuses to give him a supervisor. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Rob was wonderful. He took the time to hear my concerns of transferring my number to my own account and told me the best option. When I misunderstood something he went over everything with patience and his positivity was contagious. In addition he made sure I was completly satisfied with Cricket and I told him it was above the rest for its reliability and once again its service. I will suggest anyone looking for the best overall network, price, and service go to Cricket. Thanks Rob. You made me a believer I have the best provider out there. Cricket thanks for hiring the best...now give the boy a raise or promotion he deserves it!
