On Monday 12-20-21 I arrived at the store a few min before 4 pm, I was told "Were closed" by the two men at counter. The store Voicemail says " Our regular business hours are Mon-Sat from 10am - 7pm". To close 3 hours early during the busy holiday shopping season, is bad business. And was an inconvenience for myself and I'm sure other customers. Most retails are accommodating to holiday shoppers. I needed to buy a phone, so I drove across town to the other location. Which was closed as well. We waited for the sale's associate to return from lunch. (There was a hand written sign on the door, saying the sales associate would return from lunch @4:35.)

Im VERY HAPPY WITH JENNIFER'S PATIENTS with me as an customer she is very Respectful honest as a sales advocate her presentation of items and product was done the OLD SCHOOL WAY. Came in looking to compare company's. Found out they are way more secure than thier competition. The refer a friend program seemed too good to be true, I can't wait to save my friends money during these hard times. Kathryn was a hoot to talk to, she will save you money if you let her.
