I have always had excellent service here. Everyone has been very helpful and good explanations for why a medication wasn’t ready or that they needed to order something that was different from what I was expecting. They have also been very kind to me when I was confused about a certain order. I think they get very busy and work as best they can to help everyone.

I love Costco, but their pharmacy is horrible. I have been trying to get my Ozempic filled for about three weeks. They kept telling me to call back. No answers, no price. I moved the script to Walmart.

They keep asking me every time if my dog is a service dod . I show them the ID but they still are nit happy with it. I think it's time to call the ACLU!

We had a bad customer service situation with a cashier. We usually have great customer service but today we didn't. The cashier threw our Costco card instead of saying "here's your card." She was not very friendly. I believe her name was Liz.

Lots of issues today. All checkout related. Tried to do a split payment and was told ok. Then, after being rung up, tried to do part in cash, the cashier couldn't work her apple watch calculator and asked us to pay all in cash. She was VERY RUDE as well and when we complained got a big "M'EH" management when we complained. THANKS A LOT BROOKE W. FOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The pharmacist and pharmacy tech went all out for us. We forgot our dog’s meds at home, for the very first time, before leaving on a camping trip out of state. If it hadn’t been for Costco’s pharmacy team, our poor dog would have suffered terribly because our vet’s office refused to talk to the pharmacy over the phone. A really big thank you to Jake.

I love Costco! I've had a membership for 30 years. This location has been on the decline for a while and I now prefer to go farther away to a different Costco. Manager gentleman that is usually there doesn't have good people skills. Previously the manager has told me off in a rude way about my membership being expired and would not let me buy the cart of groceries I had. I went outside and double checked my membership that was actually current and went back to prove it, they had already put my cart away. So I had to re shop that time. On the day before thanksgiving 3 employees were following my boyfriend to me because he ran to the car to get my phone for Apple pay and doesn't have his own membership. They made rude comments to him about his shirt and left as soon as he reached me in line. It was crazy to see! Then in line to leave a different employee chimed in on our conversation about thinking the food court used to be for non members as well and she felt she had to tell us nope it has never been accessible to people that are not members. Which doesn't make sense to me because some Costco's food courts are outside where they don't check your membership... The employees here just suck... I try to drive to Reno instead...

Manager is extremely inappropriate making random comments about jail and love because of what's written on my hoodie. The is hands down the absolutely most terrible Costco in the country and the management needs to be nixed. They are all on a power trip and never there to help. Ran out to grab girlfriend/members purse and they wouldn't let me back in and then made her get back in line instead of waiting 5 minutes for her card so she could pay. I will absolutely never spend a dollar at this location again even if they fix upper management of this location. It's been getting worse and worse over the last 5 years and seems to be the same recognizable people that are the issue here. Boycott Costco and stop being sheeple. The herd is extremely sad to see but this is why I'm not a member. Just seeing how they treat you all is so damn sad! And you choose to give them money to be there, wow!!

I have spent thousands of dollars a year at Costco. This trip, I was undercharged by $2.00. The checker rang up 2 of one item and did not ring up one item, the difference being $2.00. The line checker had to get a manager, and then that manager had to get a manager. FOR $2.00. I guess Costco can't suck up 2 bucks for their error. I get to be inconvenienced. For your error costing the customer, you get 1 star.

Only swap tires if you bought the tires there, and find that out AFTER you arrive. Super inconvenient, waste of time. What a BS rule. Thanks for nothing
