Zack Johnson is a total idiot. Why would you expect a parts house to know what carburetor YOU have. You were told that if it was the original carb the kit would work, which it would. If you do not know how to identify an original carb you should not be working on it, period!! What kind of mechanic doesn't know that ANY sealed gasket set of any kind is non returnable if the seal is broken, it even says so, on the seal! Your mad because you screwed up and cannot man up to it. No parts place looks at someone's picture and says oh yeah that is the original carb. You should know how to check numbers, know how to use a reference guide and definitely know not to open a sealed set that says, non returnable if opened. You should have never taken a job that was out of your wheelhouse and that's the bottom line jerkoff...

DONT BUY FROM if you can help it. I contacted this business with the hope they were experts in the parts they sold. That is 100% not the case. Called trying to find parts for a build, informed them hey I need some help not sure what to get and they said no problem here are the parts you need. I tried to send photos first off but the sales person made it sound like this was the only part that would it could be so I purchased with the confidence they actually knew parts being a large PARTS vendor. So moral of story I am out money, the guy when I called blew me off, wasnt his problem and had zero remorse for taking money for a part that is worthless to me. Then told me well just will have to bill your customer. Sorry I dont rip people off with the wrong parts! I actually care about taking care of people.

I ordered two striker plates for my 64 Galaxie based on their catalog description. When I received them, the mounting screws were not the right ones, even though the box , which states the fitment was different than the catalog. The part was stamped I-65 . (Part numbers were the same). When I contacted Concours, Jay had no explanation on why the screw weren't the factory type. He told me to send the parts back and he would refund my 30 dollars. I already spent 1O dollars shipping and he didn't offer to pay for return shipping. Since I ordered parts based on the catalog description and it is wrong for a 64 Galaxie, Concours should pay for the return shipping. I may not do business with them anymore.

I’m from Sydney Australia and have used Concourse parts to restore my 64 Galaxie XL Hardtop. The staff are polite and knowledgeable making it easy to explain what I need over the phone . It has been a couple of years since last ordering I will need to place another order soon as car is getting closer to being finished. In particular I always deal with Joe over the phone he’s been very helpful thanks Joe your a legend.

A lot of parts for my 64 Galaxie. Prices and shipping can be pricey. I shop around. Sometimes the price is lowest. Quality is generally good.

Disappointed! Along with other items, I ordered the 4635-B U-Joint kit specifically as the catalog (and on-line) represented the kit as containing the bolt head locking tabs which are original equipment to the '55 T-Bird. The U-Joint kit received did not contain the locking tabs and when I spoke to the representative at Concours, he was not helpful at all stating "that's the way the U-Joint kit is" and no suggestion on how/where I may be able to obtain the locking tabs. My only recourse was to ship U-Joint back (at my expense). I expected better technical support and service from Concours.

They are willing to go the extra mile and make calls for you and me. I had a mishap with a 55 tbird seat I just restored. Moving things around, I tore a hole in the cover of the seat back. They made a call to the supplier and I had a replacement in 4 days. Yes it cost me about 1/2 of the entire kit, I expected that. 4 day turn around was excellent.

I needed to complete my Ford restoration by mid October, 2018 for my 53rd wedding anniversary. I ordered a complete uphostery kit from Concours early in July of that year. I was continuously assured by its sales rep that my order was in the six week cue. I was frequently in touch with him and received constant assurance that all was on schedule. Then, in late August, I was informed the rep was no longer with Concours and my order had never been submitted to its supplier. At that point I requested Concours ship to me, by express delivery and at its expense, the headliner which it had in stock because I was under a critical deadline. It refused. Consequently I had to make alternative arrangements with other suppliers at significant expense and delay which finally resulted in ruining my anniversary gift for my wife of 53 years. (The car which I was restoring was my/her first car and the one she learned to drive in. I would never do business with Concours again!
