During delivery and set up they lightly scratched the flooring with one of the boxes. The owner came out the next day and spent a couple of hours using floor restoring products to fix the scratches. Looks better than it was and I’ll be back to buy more furniture!

Such a fantastic experience! I was desperate for a mattress after I had to return the crappy one that came from Amazon and just wanted something really nice. I stopped in and was able to choose from a large selection, pretty quick. The guys were incredibly helpful, kind and went above and beyond! Colin was the salesman who helped me out. Very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I’ll come back here for furniture a million times over than buying from Amazon anymore. It was so nice to deal with real people and buy from a business h the at cares.

We have purchased several pieces of furniture here. The service and selection are the best in the Carson city area. We have looked around Reno and have found no place better to shop for furniture.

Prices are actually average and the service is decent. If you can find someone to help you that is. BUT, they do throw a great BBQ in the parking lot maybe twice a year, so there that! Lot of parking.

Couldnt find old review to update...my chair is fixed. Tech was very polite and on time. Chair was fixed in record time. Thanks for fixing lazy boy screw up. (They put a part in backwards)

Recliner latch broke and they came to fix it within one week free of charge. Prompt, efficient and professional. They honored the warranty two years after purchase. Furniture is still great after four years.

Great customer service on our purchase and delivery! Sales agent answered all our questions and concerns and was smiling and courteous while we took a long time making a decision. No high pressure. We got rid of our old furniture sooner than we thought we would and requested a sooner delivery. They were able to work that out for us! And the delivery guys were so nice, polite and very respectful. All in all a very good experience!

These guys are AMAZING!!!! This isn’t your average furniture store. This is a family owned and operated store that genuinely cares about what your purchasing. My husband and I bought a mattress from them and they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Not only are the employees in the store amazing the delivery guys were top notch. My husband and I bought are mattress 2 weeks ago and are still talking about the fabulous experience we had. Thank you!!!!!
