No issues with drop off or pick up of my vehicle for scheduled maintenance. My only complaint is that they are no longer open in Saturdays so it is harder for me to get my car in because I work in Reno during the week.

Would refer this Dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle, great people, they listen and are so professional. I visited 2 other dealers before Carson Toyota and walked out of them. If you want an amazing experience buying a car, use Carson Toyota!
