Working with Paul Sr. and Paul Jr. was a real pleasure. I appreciated the honest communication. While the repair took a while, Paul Sr. explained delays clearly. Paul Jr. told me from the beginning that they were backed up, but would call me in two days with an assessment and an action plan. Two days later they called! It wasn't good news, but they explained the problems clearly and provided a step-by-step action plan. The car runs great! Thank you Paul and Paul!

Great guys at this Auto Repair place . Very friendly very qualified and most of all very Honest . I had some repairs done a few years ago . Car was under warranty . Now it's not so I'm giving them a call again. I have a infiniti Q50 AWD Premium. And I dont let just anyone with a wrench work on it . Do yourself a favor get your car problems handled here . A great experience and outcome having my RAV4 hood replaced and painted. Tried other shops who spoke down to me and was 4-6 weeks to get completed. One took 2 weeks to even provide a quote. Paint match was perfect, ready when promised and even went the extra mile to clean engine from rodent nest and, which started a minor engine fire, and washed car upon delivery. Will refer anyone needing body work and will use them again if the need ever arises. (I hope not :-})Service: Auto body & trim repair

Called them on a Thursday, they said if I got the truck to them on Friday, it would be done by Monday. Well, I drove it down, and watched it sit there for a week, unmoved or worked on. Stopped by (wouldn't answer the phone) to check on it. They tried to feed me more Shitake than an Asian Buffet! Decided to be patient (a rare commodity in my life) and gave then a couple more days. Finally, Monday morning of the third week, got someone on the phone and they said it was done. I asked them why they didn't bother to call me to come pick it up. "Oh, we're too busy" Avoid like an STD.

THIS PLACE IS THE BEST! Paul Sr and Paul Jr are both extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I brought my truck in for misfiring after I took it to Dayton valley tire and service. Paul fixed the the other mechanic’s screw up, corrected the misfire and my truck is ruining perfectly. Their experience, friendly customer service and honest pricing has earned them my business for life. Don’t bother shopping around. If you want it done right the first time go to Carson city automotive. Thanks again guys!
