My husband dropped off his vehicle and told them that it needed at turbo. My husband’s car sat at this shop for THREE WEEKS with ZERO COMMUNICATION from them. My husband called a couple of times, but they said the owner was out of town. The said each time that he would call my husband back. A week later, still no response. Needless to say, we decided to picked up the vehicle because we were getting suspicious.
We picked up a the vehicle. They charged us for a diagnostic of $140. My husband did tell them what was wrong.
Anyway, the recipe was given on a sticky note.
My husband did say that the receptionist was very kind and sweet. The only thing good about this place!

Paid $600 and they lied did zero work car still has the same problem when i brought it in. Said they test drove it the odometer was the exact same when i brought it in! This place is trash

Called them to ask if they could replace a broken side mirror on my F-150. Fortunately, Corwin Ford had the part but couldn't install it until November. They told me to bring it in. Had it replaced in less than an hour. I was SO grateful!Also, it was Mel's first day. She is delightful. She handled the phones and customers like a pro.

My vehicle needed a a part that wasn't readily available, other shops turned me down to repair or it was way too expensive. They fixed the part for under what they quoted me. And added a very reasonably priced oil change last minute. Great job guys! Lifetime customer now

I drove here to see about getting an appointment but couldn't figure out where the office was located - you drive up to their sign and a security fence but no sign where to go to talk to someone.
