I normally don't do reviews, but my experience here was great. Super helpfull, and knowledgeable not only about the products they sell but very also about their web site as well. Ended up with a Duracell car battery at %20 off because we ordered online, which turned out cheaper than Walmart with a higher CCA and a better warranty. So thank you Batteries Plus!

They got it all. Just head on it, and they’ll take care of ya. I have scoured stores before looking for even generic batteries AA OR AAA and sometimes run out of luck. These guys always are fully stocked, and i cant appreciate enough knowing i can go there and i will leave with the battery i was searching for.
Give em a try, they are good!

The manager, KEVIN, is a complete moron.Not only do i never recommend anyone to ever go here for a car battery, but definitely need to avoid this store specifically. Their batteries usually dont last a year. And Kevin thinks hes a mechanic and doesnt know what he is doing. He was in complete denial that his staff could mess up a terminal. We took my aunts car back, since they are the only people who have touched car mechanically since replacing battery a few days ago. His worker over tightened and warped terminals. Terminals could not get full connection and left my aunt stranded this morning and it was 40 degrees out. He claims thats physically impossible, refused to repair damage they did and the staff memeber did not put all the nuts on either for cables. Yes, may be a cheap part, but for a person that doesnt know these things, they should not be working on vehicles.People come for a service, and when a service is not done correctly, own the mistake and make right.I know he answers to someone, his maturity and customer service was completely irresponsible and poor. I hope whomever owns this location reaches out and reprimands him.Highly recommend to not have battery replaced by Kevin or his staff. And definitely do not buy automotive batteries from these stores. Horrible experience everytime i have had to help people that have unfortunately used their batteries.

I made an 11:30 a.m. appointment on 09/20/23 to replace a phone battery on a IPhone 7 Plus. This was at the Carson City location / Store # 350. This appointment was made in advance.I arrived at 11:15 am. The clerk stated the tech had just left for Reno & they could do the repair at 3:00 p.m. I do not live in Carson City. I live around 70 miles away. I made the appointment specifically to ensure I could get the phone battery replaced.I am really disappointed in the poor service. No attempt was made to contact me in advance to reschedule the appointment. I will not use or recommend Batteires Plus to anyone.

Great store. The gentleman who helped me was very nice and super helpful. I had more than 10 watch batteries to purchase, many of them different sizes. They had every size battery I needed. The gentleman assisting me even went through what he pulled off the shelf to help me double-check and ensure I had everything I needed. I will be going to this store every time I need batteries.

Fantastic help! They have everything! They fixed an iPhone for us and it works well! $50 bucks was a lot better than a new $1000. Phone! If you have a need for any type of battery or help fixing anything. Go to Batteries Plus!
